Aliu ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr projektet m\u00eb t\u00eb st\u00ebrzgjatura q\u00eb nga paslufta.<\/p>\n

\u201cSapo n\u00ebnshkruam sot kontrat\u00ebn p\u00ebr zgjerimin dhe p\u00ebrfundimin e rrug\u00ebs q\u00eb e lidh Prishtin\u00ebn me Mitrovic\u00ebn, projekt ky q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb tem\u00eb diskutimi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, me probleme t\u00eb shumta, mbase nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr projektet m\u00eb t\u00eb st\u00ebrzgjatura n\u00eb historin\u00eb e pasluft\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, por q\u00eb jemi duke shkuar drejt p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb tij, meq\u00eb sot arrit\u00ebm q\u00eb ta n\u00ebnshkruajm\u00eb kontrat\u00ebn, proces ky q\u00eb ka fillu me 2 tetor, kur \u00ebsht\u00eb publikuar njoftimi p\u00ebr dor\u00ebzimin e ofertave e q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb paraprir\u00eb me disa faza tjera si: angazhimin kompanin\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebse e q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast e kemi t\u00eb angazhuar kompanin\u00eb, procesi i p\u00ebrmbylljes, i shk\u00ebputjes s\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb paraprir\u00eb nga nj\u00eb proces i auditimit\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n

Ministri foli edhe p\u00ebr financimin e k\u00ebtij projekti. Ai tha se p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt jan\u00eb ndar\u00eb 25 milion\u00eb euro, q\u00eb jan\u00eb marr\u00eb hua nga OPEC dhe n\u00eb bashk\u00ebfinancim me Fondin Saudit p\u00ebr Zhvillim.<\/p>\n

\u201cB\u00ebhet djal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb projekt 25 milion\u00eb euro, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb huamarrje nga fondi OPEC dhe n\u00eb bashk\u00ebfinancimin me Fondin Saudit p\u00ebr Zhvillim, projekt ky q\u00eb ka procedura t\u00eb tjera dhe i nj\u00ebjti ka qen\u00eb me autoritetet dhe faza e deritanishme q\u00eb jemi detyruar ta shk\u00ebpusim para nj\u00eb viti.
