Ministria e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb i ka paguar ekipit mbrojt\u00ebs t\u00eb Tha\u00e7it mbi 3.5 milion\u00eb euro, por kjo shum\u00eb duket e pamjaftueshme. N\u00eb nj\u00eb komunikat\u00eb p\u00ebr media dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, fondacioni \u201cP\u00ebrkrahje p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen Juridike t\u00eb Hashim Tha\u00e7it\u201d, shprehu shqet\u00ebsimin rreth udh\u00ebzimit t\u00eb ri administrativ t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe nd\u00ebrprerjen e kontrat\u00ebs s\u00eb ekipit mbrojt\u00ebs t\u00eb Tha\u00e7it.<\/p>\n

Pas nj\u00eb muaji, ish-presidenti i Kosov\u00ebs, Hashim Tha\u00e7i, do t\u00eb mbrohet vet\u00ebm nga nj\u00eb avokat.<\/p>\n

Kjo pasi ekipi mbrojt\u00ebs i Tha\u00e7it, n\u00eb krye me avokatin kryesor Gregory Kehoe, ka k\u00ebrkuar t\u00ebrheqjen nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi i tij n\u00eb Dhomat e Specializuara n\u00eb Hag\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Shkak p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb mosp\u00ebrmbushja e obligimeve financiare.<\/p>\n

Ndon\u00ebse Ministria e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb ia ka paguar ekipit mbrojt\u00ebs t\u00eb Tha\u00e7it mbi 3.5 milion\u00eb euro, kjo po duket e pamjaftueshme.<\/p>\n

Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb, MD-ja ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se kjo b\u00ebhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me legjislacionin n\u00eb fuqi dhe se pagesa b\u00ebhet vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr avokat\u00ebt me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ka marr\u00ebveshje.<\/p>\n

Por kjo ministri, sipas ndryshim-plot\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Udh\u00ebzimit t\u00eb ri Administrativ, i cili m\u00eb 30 janar 2024 ka p\u00ebrfunduar konsultimin publik, parasheh kategorizime dhe limitet e pagesave p\u00ebr avokat\u00ebt mbrojt\u00ebs n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb rastit q\u00eb kan\u00eb, ku vlera m\u00eb e lart\u00eb arrin n\u00eb 110 mij\u00eb euro p\u00ebr muaj.<\/p>\n
