Kjo sipas Bislimin nuk po ndodh\u00eb pavar\u00ebsisht se Kosova ka zbatuar pikat e planit kat\u00ebrpik\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n<p>Bisilmi foli edhe p\u00ebr rrethanat q\u00eb shkaktuan vendosjen e k\u00ebtyre masave ndaj Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<div class=\"\">\n<p>\u201cMasat jan\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb fund t\u00eb majit, nga Komisioni Evropian dhe jan\u00eb rezultat i eskalimit q\u00eb ka ndodhur n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me dat\u00ebn 26 maj t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar kur protestuesit serb\u00eb kan\u00eb sulmuar KFOR-in, gazetar\u00ebt dhe qytetar\u00ebt tan\u00eb. Ka ekzistuar nj\u00eb bindje q\u00eb Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr de-eskalimin e\u00a0 situat\u00ebs. N\u00eb letr\u00ebn q\u00eb na \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar p\u00ebr vendosjen e k\u00ebtyre masave thuhet q\u00eb masat jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme, jan\u00eb t\u00eb kthyeshme dhe t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb nj\u00eb proces kredibil t\u00eb de-eskalimit t\u00eb situat\u00ebs n\u00eb veri\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n<p>Tutje ai foli edhe p\u00ebr takimin me emisarin e BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr dialogun, Miroslav Laj\u00e7ak e ku u vendos p\u00ebr planin kat\u00ebrpik\u00ebsh, zbatimi i t\u00eb cilit \u00e7on n\u00eb largimin e k\u00ebtyre masave.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Bislimi tha se Kosova i ka p\u00ebrmbushur obligimet e saj si\u00e7 jan\u00eb parapar\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb dokument.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPas k\u00ebsaj ne kemi pasur nj\u00eb takim n\u00eb Bratisllav\u00eb ku kemi diskutuar me z.Laj\u00e7ak lidhur me at\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptojn\u00eb masat q\u00eb do t\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb de-eskalim t\u00eb situat\u00ebs dhe rrjedhimisht edhe n\u00eb largimin e masave nd\u00ebshkuese t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb dhe kemi nd\u00ebrtu nj\u00eb dokument kat\u00ebrpal\u00ebsh q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me prezenc\u00ebn e policis\u00eb rreth objekteve komunale, vler\u00ebsimi \u00a0i situat\u00ebs s\u00eb riskut atje, miratimin e udh\u00ebzimit administrativ nga MAPL rreth opsioneve se si mund t\u00eb shkarkohet kryetari n\u00eb nj\u00eb komun\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, dhe ne i kemi p\u00ebrmbushur obligimet e tona q\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dokument\u201d, tha tutje ai.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministri deklaroi se nuk e din\u00eb ende se kur BE-ja do t\u2019i heq masat nd\u00ebshkuese ndaj Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ai tha se ka frustrim nga disa vende an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb lidhur me mos heqjen e k\u00ebtyre masave.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMe gjas\u00eb ka pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi n\u00eb mes t\u00eb vendeve an\u00ebtare se cili \u00ebsht\u00eb mekanizmi p\u00ebr largimin e masave, por ka presion dhe frustrim edhe brenda vendeve an\u00ebtare se si ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn masa vet\u00ebm pse ka d\u00ebrguar kat\u00ebr kryetar t\u00eb komunave n\u00eb zyre q\u00eb i kan\u00eb fituar p\u00ebrmes zgjedhjeve t\u00eb lira, nd\u00ebrsa Serbia nuk ka masa pavar\u00ebsisht agresionit terrorist q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb Banjsk\u00eb.
