Parlamenti Europian b\u00ebn thirrje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb dialog politik konstruktiv dhe gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs nga t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Parlamenti Europian miraton n\u00eb Komitetin e Stabilizimit rekomandimet p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. N\u00eb Rezolut\u00ebn e PE p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, evidentohet kryesisht k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje kryesore:<\/p>\n<p>B\u00ebhet thirrje p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirje t\u00eb fort\u00eb t\u00eb Parlamentit p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur angazhimin e opozit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Theksohet funksioni jetik i kontrollit dhe balancimit t\u00eb Parlamentit, duke theksuar nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr komisione hetimore.<\/p>\n<p>Evidentohet se Ligji i ri p\u00ebr komisionet hetimore parlamentare u miratua pa konsensus.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebrkon p\u00ebrdorimin e mjeteve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyrjes duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb komisionet hetimore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar llogaridh\u00ebnien dhe qeverisjen demokratike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Shpreh keqardhjen q\u00eb pavar\u00ebsisht krijimit t\u00eb komitetit ad hoc p\u00ebr reform\u00ebn zgjedhore n\u00eb shkurt 2022, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrparim as n\u00eb miratimin e ndonj\u00eb teksti dhe as n\u00eb adresimin e rekomandimeve t\u00eb pazgjidhura t\u00eb OSBE\/ODIHR dhe Komisionit t\u00eb Venecias.<\/p>\n<p>Thekson r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb kryesore t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb z\u00ebrave nga opozita n\u00eb procesin e reform\u00ebs zgjedhore p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar nj\u00eb qasje t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese dhe gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00ebn thirrje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb dialog politik konstruktiv dhe gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs nga t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebt n\u00eb adresimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje p\u00ebrpara zgjedhjeve t\u00eb ardhshme t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme, p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar kultur\u00ebn parlamentare demokratike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb proces t\u00eb qet\u00eb zgjedhor.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00ebn thirrje p\u00ebr shmangien e nd\u00ebrhyrjeve politike n\u00eb sistemin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, dhe t\u00eb eleminohet korporatizmi.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00ebn thirrje q\u00eb t\u00eb sigurohet q\u00eb procedurat dhe vendimet gjyq\u00ebsore t\u00eb mbahen sipas standardeve t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme, pa standarde t\u00eb dyfishta.<\/p>\n<p>Theksojm\u00eb nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr miratimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb ndryshimeve t\u00eb nevojshme n\u00eb ligjet e reform\u00ebs n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi.
