Sipas informatave zyrtare q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb\u00a0Prokuroria Themelore e Prishtin\u00ebs<\/a>, pas nj\u00eb p\u00ebrleshje fizike, dy t\u00eb dyshuar q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb mitur e kan\u00eb goditur me nj\u00eb shkop viktim\u00ebn duke i shkaktuar l\u00ebndime p\u00ebr vdekje.<\/p>\n

\u201cProkuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, njofton opinionin publik lidhur me rastin e dt. 15 janar 2024, n\u00eb Podujev\u00eb, ku pas nj\u00eb p\u00ebrleshje fizike, dy t\u00eb dyshuar (t\u00eb mitur) e kan\u00eb goditur me nj\u00eb shkop viktim\u00ebn (tashm\u00eb t\u00eb ndjerin, 18 vje\u00e7), duke i shkaktuar l\u00ebndime trupore, ku si pasoj\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre l\u00ebndimeve t\u00eb marra, viktima \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb QKUK p\u00ebr trajtim mjek\u00ebsor, nd\u00ebrsa po n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn dit\u00eb, me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb Prokurorit t\u00eb Shtetit, dy t\u00eb miturit jan\u00eb ndaluar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale <\/i>\u201cVrasje n\u00eb tetnativ\u00eb\u201d (tashm\u00eb vrasje) dhe rasti ka filluar t\u00eb trajtohet n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.\u201d \u2013 kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur nga Prokuroria.<\/p>\n

Dy t\u00eb dyshuarve i \u00ebsht\u00eb caktuar masa e paraburgimit<\/p>\n

\u201cBrenda afatit ligjor, pran\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs kompetente, prokurori ka k\u00ebrkuar mas\u00ebn e paraburgimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyshuarit, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb aprovuar dhe t\u00eb dyshuarit aktualisht ndodhen n\u00ebn mas\u00ebn e paraburgimit.\u201d \u2013 ka njoftuar prokuroria.<\/p>\n
