Komisioni Evropian akoma pret q\u00eb shtetet an\u00ebtare t\u00eb miratojn\u00eb propozimin e k\u00ebtij institucioni q\u00eb edhe serb\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me pasaporta t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb t\u2019u mund\u00ebsohet udh\u00ebtimi pa viza.<\/h3>\n

M\u00eb 16 n\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar, Komisioni Evropian kishte propozuar q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb pajisur me pasaporta t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen n\u00eb regjimin e l\u00ebvizjes pa viza.<\/p>\n

Sipas z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebses s\u00eb Komsionit Evropian p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb brendshme Anitta Hipper, pasi q\u00eb t\u00eb miratohet ky propozim dhe i nj\u00ebjti t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi, at\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e rajonit t\u00eb Ballkanit Perendimor do t\u00eb udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb pa viza n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Serb\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs (ata q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb pajisur me pasaporta t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs) jan\u00eb t\u00eb vetmit qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb rajonit q\u00eb nuk g\u00ebzojn\u00eb akoma l\u00ebvizjen e lir\u00eb n\u00eb zon\u00ebn Shengen.<\/p>\n

Z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsja Anitta Hipper konsideron se banor\u00ebt serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, po ashtu mund t\u00eb zgjedhin t\u00eb aplikojn\u00eb p\u00ebr pasaporta biometrike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb udh\u00ebtuar pa viza nga 1 janari i vitit 2024.<\/p>\n

Kur ishin liberalizuar vizat p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb, qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs me pasaporta serbe, ishin p\u00ebrjashtuar nga ky vendim. Nj\u00ebjt\u00eb ndodhi edhe me rastin e heqjes s\u00eb vizave p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, ku vendimi p\u00ebrfshinte vet\u00ebm bart\u00ebsit e pasaportave biometrike te Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Pas propozimit t\u00eb miratuar nga Komisioni Evropian, me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje tash merret K\u00ebshilli i Ministrave dhe Parlamenti Evropian. E t\u00ebr\u00eb procedura merr koh\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa shpresohet se propozimi do t\u00eb miratohet pas procesit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt nd\u00ebrinstitucional.<\/p>\n

Kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtij propozimi ishte deklaruar qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00eb argumentimin e saj d\u00ebrguar selis\u00eb s\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian, ekzekutivi kosovar\u00a0konsideron se ky propozim pengon integrimin e komunitetit t\u00eb serb\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe legjitimon strukturat paralele ilegale t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, shuarja e t\u00eb cilave \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar nga BE-ja.\/RTK\/<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
