Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb ngritur nga Prokuroria Speciale e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Milenkoviq gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, si gardian i Burgut t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs dhe Lipjanit, bashk\u00eb me zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb burgjeve, ka maltretuar t\u00eb burgosur shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cProkuroria Speciale njofton se ekziston dyshimi i bazuar mir\u00eb se i pandehuri D.M. ish gardian i Burgut t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs dhe Lipjanit, gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb 1998-1999, n\u00eb Burgun e Prishtin\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Lipjanit, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e personit zyrtar dhe n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje edhe me zyrtar\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb burgjeve, duke vepruar n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim dhe duke shkelur rregullat e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb luft\u00ebs, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht konfliktit t\u00eb armatosur, gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe kohore n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sistematike i kishin malltretuar t\u00eb burgosurit shqiptar\u00eb, duke i torturuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb \u00e7 \u2018njer\u00ebzore me mjete t\u00eb ndryshme, veprime k\u00ebto t\u00eb sanksionuara sipas ligjeve vendore, zakoneve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs dhe Konventave Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Gjenev\u00ebs dhe Protokolleve Shtes\u00eb\u201d, pati b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur Prokuroria Speciale e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb shkuar.<\/p>\n
