Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb njoh\u00ebs t\u00eb fush\u00ebs kan\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar se presidentja Osmani \u00ebsht\u00eb duke b\u00ebr\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut pasi q\u00eb nuk po e p\u00ebrdor\u00eb dekretin e saj p\u00ebr falje t\u00eb t\u00eb burgosurve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mendohet se e meritojn\u00eb<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn president\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr festat e fundvitit, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb Kushtetur\u00ebs merrin vendim p\u00ebr t\u00eb falur t\u00eb burgosurit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nga ministria e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Sh\u00ebrbimin Korrektues t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, vler\u00ebsoheshin se \u00a0jan\u00eb rehabilituar. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb nga viti 2021, p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, me dekret presidencial nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb falur asnj\u00eb i burgosur. Nga zyra e presidentes thon\u00eb se komisioni p\u00ebr falje t\u00eb personave t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar ka shqyrtuar 302 k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr falje, \u00a0nd\u00ebrsa jan\u00eb rekomanduar tre persona, dy prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar d\u00ebnimin.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2026 Gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb shqyrtimit nga Presidentja ashtu si\u00e7 p\u00ebrcaktohet me legjislacionin n\u00eb fuqi, jemi njoftuar nga Ministria e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb se dy personat e rekomanduar nga Komisioni, jan\u00eb liruar nga Paneli p\u00ebr lirim me Kusht, andaj nuk ka pasur nevoj\u00eb te procedohet p\u00ebr dekrete, nd\u00ebrsa rekomandimi i tret\u00eb i Komisionit \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb procedur\u00eb t\u00eb shqyrtimit nga Presidentja\u201d, tha Kupina.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi i sh\u00ebrbimit korrektues t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Florent Gashi, i tha RTV21 se q\u00eb nga koha e ish-president\u00ebve, \u00a0Fatmir Sejdiu, Atifete Jahjaga dhe Hashim Tha\u00e7i, me dekret presidencial jan\u00eb amnistuar 316 t\u00eb burgosur.<\/p>\n<div class=\"single__content\">\n<p>\u201cP\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebrkesat e t\u00eb burgosurve p\u00ebr falje gjat\u00eb gjith vitit, Sh\u00ebrbimi Korrektues i Kosov\u00ebs ka p\u00ebrgatitur dhe proceduar n\u00eb presidenc\u00eb 97 k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr falje. Deri m\u00eb tani, lidhur me k\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebr falje nuk kemi pranuar asnj\u00eb dekret nga presidentja e republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebrsa, q\u00eb nga koha e ish-presidentit Fatmir Sejdiu deri tek ish-presidenti Hashim Tha\u00e7i me dekret presidencial jan\u00eb falur 316 t\u00eb burgosur\u201d, tha Gashi.<\/p>\n<p>Mos falja e t\u00eb burgosurve me dekret presidencial nga k\u00ebshilli p\u00ebr mbrojte dhe liri t\u00eb njeriut, vler\u00ebsohet si shkelje flagrante. Drejtori, Behxhet Shala, thot\u00eb se n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ka t\u00eb burgosur t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar lirimin n\u00eb fundjav\u00eb e q\u00eb, sipas tij, do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb liroheshin.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEdhe po t\u00eb liroheshin 30% e t\u00eb burgosurve n\u00eb kosov\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb shkaktonte ndonj\u00eb telashe, ka t\u00eb burgosur t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb sjelljeve t\u00eb mira n\u00eb fundjav\u00eb shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi andaj pse ata t\u00eb mos lirohen\u201d, tha Shala.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb nga Institutin i Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi thon\u00eb se presidentja po shp\u00ebrfill\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat e Sh\u00ebrbimit Korrektues t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.
