Avokati i tij, Xhevdet Smakiqi, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se informatat e fundit q\u00eb i ka jan\u00eb se tashm\u00eb Dakaj \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar nga Qendra e Ndalimit n\u00eb Kushumli n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn Kryesore t\u00eb Paraburgimit n\u00eb Beograd, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn Bacvanska.<\/p>\n

\u201cInformatat e fundit per rastin e arrestimit e Hasan Dakaj qe i kam marrur jan\u00eb se tashm\u00eb Ztr. Hasan Dakaj \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar nga Qendra e Ndalimit ne Kushumli ne Qendren Kryesore te Paraburgimit ne Beograd ne rrugen Ba\u00e7vanska.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sipas Smakiqit, Prokuroria e Serbis\u00eb pretendon se ai n\u00eb vitin 1999 ka kryer krime lufte.<\/p>\n

\u201cPjestari i U\u00c7K-se Hasan Dakaj pretendohet nga Prokuroria serbe\u00a0 se kinse\u00a0 ai ne vitin 1999 ka kryer krime lufte si 19 vje\u00e7ar. Sipas detyres zyrtare Hasan Dakaj i \u00ebsht\u00eb caktuar nj\u00eb avokat nga Serbia, ku ne intervistimin para prokurorit serb Hasan Dakaj \u00ebsht\u00eb deklaruar i pafajeshem edhe per faktin se fare nuk ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb ato lokacione sipas dyshimeve te prokurorise se serbise dhe se \u00ebsht\u00eb ngatrruar ne identitet me dikend tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n

Smakiqi ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se t\u00eb mart\u00ebn do t\u00eb mbahet seanca d\u00ebgjimore lidhur me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr caktimin e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb paraburgimit.<\/p>\n

\u201cTe Marten 2024 pritet dhe nje seance degjimore per te shqyrtuar kerkesen e Prokurorise serbe lidhur me masen e paraburgimit. Ne cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e avokatit te Familjes Dakaj jam\u00eb n\u00eb kontakt or\u00eb pas ore\u00a0 me te ngarkuarin ne Zyren Nderlidh\u00ebse te Kosoves n\u00eb Beograd dipomatin Jetish Jasharin dhe e falenderoi per qasjen profsionale. Por duke qen\u00eb se arrestimi i Hasan Dakaj \u00ebsht\u00eb ndalim politik p\u00ebr te iu hakmarrur pjestareve te U\u00c7K-s\u00eb p\u00ebr arrjtjen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe qe mos ti lejoj\u00eb ta gezojn\u00eb liberalizimin e vizave kategoria qe ka kontribuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebn \u00e7\u00ebshtje poltike dhe fare pak juridike.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ai i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje kryeministrit Kurti, ministers G\u00ebrvalla dhe diplomat\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb presion q\u00eb Dakaj t\u00eb lirohet sa m\u00eb shpejt\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cPrandaj i b\u00ebj\u00eb thirrje Kryeministrit, Minstres Gervalla dhe secilit diplomat\u00eb te b\u00ebj\u00eb presionin adekuat diplomatik e politik\u00eb qe ndermjetesit e dilogut dhe ambasadat e vendeve mike te ndikojn\u00eb qe Hasan Dakaj i pafajeshem te lirohet sa me shpejt\u00eb. Kurse thirrjet e kujdoqoft\u00eb nga zyrtaret e shtetit te Kosoves qofshin dhe diplomat\u00eb te Kosoves\u00a0 qe qytetaret e Kosoves te mos levizin neper territorin e Serbis\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00ebrsisht\u00eb jo profesionale dhe legjitojn\u00eb arrestimet poltike te kund\u00ebrligjshme.
