Borrell ka shtuar se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb hap pozitiv p\u00ebr zbatimin e marr\u00ebeshjes p\u00ebr normalizim dhe t\u00eb angazhimeve t\u00eb kaluara.<\/p>\n
