Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb hap i qart\u00eb p\u00ebrpara, dhe ndryshe nga vitet e kaluara, tani jemi duke diskutuar aktivisht p\u00ebr krijimin e nj\u00eb Asociacioni\/Bashk\u00ebsie bazuar n\u00eb propozimin q\u00eb kemi paraqitur. Ne kemi pasur tashm\u00eb dy runde t\u00eb bisedimeve t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb ekspert\u00ebve me Serbin\u00eb p\u00ebr draft-statutin dhe kemi arritur t\u00eb sqarojm\u00eb disa keqkuptime dhe t\u2019u p\u00ebrgjigjemi pyetjeve t\u00eb caktuara, por ende nuk i kemi mbuluar t\u00eb gjitha \u00e7\u00ebshtjet. Duke qen\u00eb se draft-statuti europian p\u00ebrmban shum\u00eb dispozita t\u00eb detajuara p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gam\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb temash, ne do t\u00eb duhet t\u2019i vazhdojm\u00eb k\u00ebto diskutime pas pushimeve. Megjithat\u00eb, ky nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb proces i pafund dhe presim q\u00eb zbatimi i marr\u00ebveshjes dhe themelimi i asociacionit\/komunitetit t\u00eb filloj\u00eb n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 2024\u201d, tha Laj\u00e7ak.<\/p>\n
Diplomati theksoi edhe se \u201cdialogu nuk mund t\u00eb anashkalohet\u201d.<\/p>\n
Nga Brukseli edhe para nj\u00eb jave than\u00eb se themelimi i Asociacionit \u201cpritet t\u00eb filloj\u00eb s\u00eb shpejti\u201d. BE-ja tha po pret l\u00ebvizje nga Kosova, pasi mir\u00ebpriti vendimin e Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i njohur targat e automjeteve t\u00eb l\u00ebshuara nga shteti t\u00eb cilin nuk e njeh zyrtarisht.<\/p>\n
Z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsja e BE-s\u00eb, Nabila Masrali i ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Gazet\u00ebs Express se tash \u00ebsht\u00eb faza e avancuar e procesit t\u00eb themelimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj bashk\u00ebsie komunash.<\/p>\n
