Kujtojm\u00eb se, Gjykata Supreme e Kosov\u00ebs e ka anuluar vendimin e Themelores n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb, t\u00eb aprovuar edhe nga Apeli, q\u00eb i kishte caktuar 30 dit\u00eb paraburgim policit gjakovar t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr \u201cngacmimin\u201d dhe \u201cdhunimin\u201d e ish t\u00eb dashur\u00ebs s\u00eb tij t\u00eb mitur.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vendimin e Gjykat\u00ebs Supreme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb siguruar dje nga gazeta online Reporteri.net, \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur se masa e siguris\u00eb ndaj t\u00eb dyshuarit p\u00ebr rastin n\u00eb fjal\u00eb i kthehet n\u00eb rivendosje gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr arrestimin e policit gjakovar, kishte njoftuar Inspektorati Policor i Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb dit\u00ebn kur t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit i ishte caktuar masa e paraburgimit nga gjykata, ndon\u00ebse prangosja e tij kishte ndodhur nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb her\u00ebt, m\u00eb 27 n\u00ebntor 2023.<\/p>\n

Enis. S., dyshohet se n\u00eb janar t\u00eb vitit 2022, n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e tij n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb, ka kryer marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie seksuale me nj\u00eb t\u00eb mitur, at\u00ebkoh\u00eb mbi 15 vje\u00e7are, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn i dyshuari ishte njoftuar me t\u00eb p\u00ebrmes rrjeteve sociale n\u00eb vitin 2021. Sipas dyshimeve t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb, polici gjakovar ishte n\u00eb dijeni p\u00ebr mosh\u00ebn e viktim\u00ebs e cila n\u00eb kohen kur kryen marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie seksuale dyshohet se ishte ende pa i b\u00ebr\u00eb gjasht\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb (16) vje\u00e7e.<\/p>\n

Tutje, Prokuroria Themelore e Gjakov\u00ebs pretendon se n\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti \u2013 2023 \u2013 i dyshuari edhe pse n\u00eb dijeni se tashm\u00eb e d\u00ebmtuara \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje tjet\u00ebr dashurie, vazhdimisht i shkruan q\u00eb ti kthehet lidhjes me t\u00eb, sjellje kjo, sipas Prokurorit t\u00eb Shtetit, e cila tek e d\u00ebmtuara \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb me shqet\u00ebsim pasi q\u00eb qysh n\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 2022, ata e kishte nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb lidhjen.<\/p>\n
