K\u00ebsisoji, ligji n\u00eb fjal\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rr\u00ebzuar.<\/p>\n

Lajmin e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur vet Gjykata Kushtetuese.<\/p>\n

\u201cKategorit\u00eb e afektuara nga zbritja e nivelit t\u00eb pagave, p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb tranzitore dy (2) vje\u00e7are pas hyrjes n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb ligjit, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht (i) gjat\u00eb vitit t\u00eb par\u00eb, nj\u00ebqind p\u00ebrqind (100%) t\u00eb shtes\u00ebs tranzitore dhe rrjedhimisht, p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti nuk afektohen nga zbritja e nivelit t\u00eb pag\u00ebs; nd\u00ebrsa, (ii) gjat\u00eb vitit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, pes\u00ebdhjet\u00eb p\u00ebrqind (50%) t\u00eb shtes\u00ebs tranzitore.<\/p>\n
