Letra e autoriteteve serbe drejtuar\u00a0Bashkimit Evropian, se\u00a0Serbia\u00a0nuk do ta njoh\u00eb de facto\u00a0Kosov\u00ebn,\u00a0ashtu si\u00e7 i k\u00ebrkohet, se nuk e respekton integritetin e saj territorial, sikund\u00ebr nuk do t\u00eb pajtohet p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb OKB dhe organizatat p\u00ebrcjell\u00ebse t\u00eb saj ka ngritur shqet\u00ebsim n\u00eb BE.<\/p>\n

Kjo sepse me t\u00eb b\u00ebhet i qart\u00eb moszbatimi i Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Ohrit, e dakorduar n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb dialogut Kosov\u00eb-Serbi.<\/p>\n

Reagimi i BE<\/strong><\/p>\n

P\u00ebr Bashkimin Evropian, marr\u00ebveshja e Ohrit, ndon\u00ebse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar nga pal\u00ebt, ajo cil\u00ebsohet ligj\u00ebrisht e obligueshme.<\/p>\n

\u201cMarr\u00ebveshja n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi mbetet ligj\u00ebrisht obliguese, dhe se pal\u00ebt ishin pajtuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb n\u00eb Oh\u00ebr. Kjo k\u00ebrkohet nga deklarata e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt nga takimi i fundjav\u00ebs s\u00eb shkuar i nivelit t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb me udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor, ku u tha se \u201cBE-ja k\u00ebrkon marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb mira fqinj\u00ebsore nd\u00ebrmjet Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cU b\u00ebjm\u00eb ftes\u00eb t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebve q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi t\u00eb zbatojn\u00eb\u00a0Marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn drejt normalizimit t\u00eb raporteve\u00a0dhe aneksin e saj, si dhe t\u00eb gjitha marr\u00ebveshjet nga e kaluara, pa asnj\u00eb vones\u00eb t\u00eb re dhe pa parakushte\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn q\u00eb i kushtohet raporteve mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kryeministrja e Serbis\u00eb Ana B\u00ebrnabiq, deklarat\u00ebn e Samitit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, e cil\u00ebsoi \u201cnj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb politike q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ligj\u00ebrisht e detyrueshme\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cMarr\u00ebveshja konsiderohet e pranueshme vet\u00ebm n\u00eb kontekstin n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin nuk p\u00ebrfshihet njohja de facto apo de jure e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Pajtimi me deklarat\u00ebn nuk p\u00ebrfshin pajtimin p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Organizat\u00ebn e Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara, n\u00eb sistemin e organizatave dhe agjencive t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb, e as t\u00eb ashtuquajtur\u00ebn t\u00ebr\u00ebsi tok\u00ebsore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb nj\u00eb njoftim nga zyra e kryeministres s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sipas z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit t\u00eb BE, Stano, Marr\u00ebveshja dhe aneksi p\u00ebr zbatim \u201cjan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ligj\u00ebrisht obliguese p\u00ebrmes komunikat\u00ebs me shkrim t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb Josep Borrell, m\u00eb 18 mars 2023\u201d.<\/p>\n

Por, sipas kryeministres se Serbis\u00eb, Ana B\u00ebrnabiq, kjo deklarat\u00eb \u201ckonsiderohet si ligj\u00ebrisht joobliguese\u201d, dhe se \u201cnuk e ka pesh\u00ebn e marr\u00ebveshjes nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, sipas s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cKosova \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb integrale e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, n\u00ebn administrim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rezolut\u00ebn 1244 t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Sigurimit t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb B\u00ebrnabiq.<\/p>\n

Reagimi nga Prishtina<\/strong><\/p>\n

Autoritetet e Prishtin\u00ebs reaguan pas refuzimit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb q\u00eb ta zbatoj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen e Ohrit, duke i k\u00ebrkuar komunitetit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar q\u00eb si\u00e7 thon\u00eb \u201ct\u00eb heq dor\u00eb nga politika e zbutjes s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cSerbia shprehimisht shpreh refuzimin e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbatuar dispozitat e marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb Brukselit dhe Ohrit. I b\u00ebj thirrje komunitetit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb se politika e zbutjes ndaj Serbis\u00eb ka d\u00ebshtuar.
