Ambasadori i Gjermanis\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Jorn Rohde, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb diskutimi n\u00ebse duhet t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruhet marr\u00ebveshja e Brukselit dhe Ohrit, por zbatimi i saj si nga Kosova ashtu edhe nga Serbia. Sipas tij, zbatimi i marr\u00ebveshjes \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme.<\/h3>\n

\u201cE kam th\u00ebn\u00eb edhe m\u00eb par\u00eb, ajo q\u00eb na duhet tani \u00ebsht\u00eb zbatimi dhe jo diskutimi se si do t\u00eb arrijm\u00eb atje. Sepse m\u00eb par\u00eb kishte shum\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar por nuk jan\u00eb zbatuar. Prandaj jemi p\u00ebrqendruar tani n\u00eb zbatim. E shohim tani zbatimin e udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyesit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb, gjithashtu edhe zbatimin q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit po i nd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb targat e makinave. P\u00ebr ne zbatimi i marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Brukselit dhe t\u00eb Ohrit \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. Kosova duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb detyrat e saj dhe gjithashtu edhe Serbia\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n

Rohde ka k\u00ebrkuar nga Qeveria q\u00eb ta kryej obligimin e saj p\u00ebr themlimin e Asociacionit t\u00eb komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe.<\/p>\n

\u201dKjo \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb BE-ja, Gjermania dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb partner\u00ebt e af\u00ebrt t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs presin nga ajo. Obligimi i Kosov\u00ebs nga viti 2015 \u00ebsht\u00eb themelimi I Asociacionit t\u00eb Komunave me Shumic\u00eb Serbe dhe pjes\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb Brukselit dhe Ohrit p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn e pjesa kryesore \u00ebsht\u00eb themelimi i AKSHS. Si\u00e7 e kemi th\u00ebn\u00eb sapo ka nisur dhe gjithashtu edhe pala tjet\u00ebr, Serbia, duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb detyrat e saj\u201d, ka shtuar Rohde.<\/p>\n

Sipas ambasadori t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb zgjidhja e tensioneve n\u00eb veri t\u00eb vendit \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmes procesit t\u00eb normalizimit dhe themelimit t\u00eb asociacionit.<\/p>\n
