Nj\u00eb takim zyrtar i Kryeministrit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs Albin Kurti me Kryeministrin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb Edi Rama po vonohet s\u00eb paku nga qershori kur u anulua mbledhja e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt e dy qeverive.<\/h3>\n

Raportet i ka acaruar edhe drafti p\u00ebr statutin e Asociacionit q\u00eb e kishte hartuar Kryeministri i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb duke ia d\u00ebrguar Franc\u00ebs dhe Gjermanis\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me shtete tjera tashm\u00eb e kan\u00eb propozuar nj\u00eb t\u00eb tyrin. Rama tashm\u00eb ka raporte m\u00eb t\u00eb mira me Presidenten Osmani. Mbase edhe kjo e ka inkurajuar q\u00eb t\u00eb paralajm\u00ebroj\u00eb nj\u00eb vizit\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, e cila ende s\u2019dihet kur do t\u00eb realizohet. \u201cP\u00ebr vizit\u00ebn n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb po, do ta b\u00ebj, por mbledhje t\u00eb qeverive nuk kam th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb ket\u00eb\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb\u00a0 ai.<\/p>\n

S\u00eb shpejti do t\u00eb shkoj n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar personalisht mb\u00ebshtetjen time\u201d.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebshtu deklaroi kryeministri shqiptar, Edi Rama, m\u00eb 2 n\u00ebntor pasi u shpreh entuziast p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrimin e kryeministrit Albin Kurti p\u00ebr t\u00eb pranuar nj\u00eb draft t\u00eb ri p\u00ebr themelimin e Asociacionit t\u00eb komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe q\u00eb e soll\u00ebn nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsit m\u00eb 21 tetor n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb. Por, ka kaluar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb muaj nga kjo deklarat\u00eb e Ram\u00ebs dhe m\u00eb par\u00eb ka shkuar Kurti n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri sesa q\u00eb Rama ka ardhur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kryeministri Rama u angazhua q\u00eb ta nxjerr\u00eb nga ng\u00ebr\u00e7i dialogun Kosov\u00eb-Serbi duke propozuar nj\u00eb draft Asociacionin, t\u00eb cilin e d\u00ebrgoi n\u00eb kryeqendrat europiane pa e diskutuar me kryeministrin Kurti. Kjo u pasua me anulimin e mbledhjes s\u00eb dy qeverive e parapar\u00eb q\u00eb \u00e7oi n\u00eb nj\u00eb tensionim raportesh mes dy kryeministrave.<\/p>\n

Drafti i propozuar i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk u b\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht draft zyrtar q\u00eb iu prezantua pal\u00ebve, por Rama duartrokiti gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb propozimin e fundit nga per\u00ebndimor\u00ebt. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, ai tha se do t\u00eb vij\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen lider\u00ebve kosovar\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cNuk mund t\u00eb jem m\u00eb krenar p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrimin dhe kontributin konkret t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb normalizimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve nd\u00ebrmjet Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, draft-statuti i Asociacionit, i pranuar nga Kosova dhe Serbia si dokument i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar, \u00ebsht\u00eb draft i BE-s\u00eb. Shqip\u00ebria do t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb zbatimin e Marr\u00ebveshjes Baz\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb luaj\u00eb rolin e saj n\u00eb promovimin e paqes, stabilitetit dhe bashk\u00ebpunimit rajonal nd\u00ebrmjet t\u00eb gjitha vendeve t\u00eb rajonit ton\u00eb. S\u00eb shpejti do t\u00eb shkoj n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar personalisht mb\u00ebshtetjen time\u201d, kishte shkruar Rama n\u00eb X m\u00eb 2 n\u00ebntor.<\/p>\n

Gazeta Express ka d\u00ebrguar pyetje edhe n\u00eb Kryeministrin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb edhe n\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, por s\u2019ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje n\u00ebse do t\u00eb realizohet vizita e paralajm\u00ebruar e Ram\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Dje n\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb p\u00ebr A2CNN Rama tha se s\u2019ka hequr dor\u00eb nga kjo vizit\u00eb, por se s\u2019ka premtuar ndonj\u00eb mbledhje t\u00eb qeverive t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta.<\/p>\n

\u201cS\u2019kam th\u00ebn\u00eb kurr\u00eb do t\u00eb kemi mbledhje t\u00eb qeverive. Ku i keni d\u00ebgjuar k\u00ebto? P\u00ebr vizit\u00ebn n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb po, do ta b\u00ebj, por mbledhje t\u00eb qeverive nuk kam th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb ket\u00eb\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n

Rama s\u2019erdhi ende, por p\u00ebr fest\u00ebn e 28 N\u00ebntorit, Kurti shkoi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe krah Ram\u00ebs mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb ceremonit\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore p\u00ebr Dit\u00ebn e Flamurit.<\/p>\n

I pyetur se pse s\u2019e kishte diskutuar me Kurtin paraprakisht propozimin e tij p\u00ebr Asociacionin, Rama tha se nuk mund ta b\u00ebnte.<\/p>\n

\u201cNuk mund ta b\u00ebja k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb dhe e kam shpjeguar pse.
