N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij takimi kryetarja Trendafilova ka prezantuar nj\u00eb rezyme t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr t\u00eb themelimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Speciale, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar me nj\u00eb prezentim t\u00eb rasteve q\u00eb jan\u00eb duke u gjykuar dhe atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb gjykuar n\u00eb instanca t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjykat\u00eb, raporton \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d.<\/p>\n

Trendafilova pjes\u00ebn me t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb k\u00ebtij takimi i \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur interesimit t\u00eb pranishm\u00ebve lidhur me Gjykat\u00ebn Speciale dhe proceset gjyq\u00ebsore q\u00eb jan\u00eb duke u zhvilluar atje.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb pyetjen e Institutit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi (IKD) se pse ka pasur munges\u00eb t\u00eb transparenc\u00ebs lidhur me d\u00ebshmitarin e 29-t\u00eb n\u00eb rastin Tha\u00e7i dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, i cili ka refuzuar t\u00eb d\u00ebshmoj\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa gjykat\u00ebs i jan\u00eb dashur me shume se 1 muaji koh\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb njoftoj\u00eb p\u00ebr fatin e k\u00ebtij d\u00ebshmitari, kryetarja Trendafilova tha se nuk din shum\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cT\u00eb b\u00ebhem e sinqert\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb kam marr\u00eb informata sa i p\u00ebrket k\u00ebtij d\u00ebshmitari\u201d, tha ajo, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr ta informuar lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar, reagoi z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi i DhSK-s\u00eb, Michael Doyle.<\/p>\n

Lidhur me pyetje p\u00ebr d\u00ebshmitarin e 29-t\u00eb, pasi d\u00ebgjoi informatat e Z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit Doly, kryetarja e DhSK-s\u00eb tha se mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb pasur dyshime p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb manipulim.<\/p>\n

\u201cKeni t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb dyshime q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb pasur ndonj\u00eb manipulim, por ju siguroj se kjo nuk ndodhur asnj\u00ebher\u00eb. Gjyqtar\u00ebt nuk mund ta komprometojn\u00eb zbatimin e ligjit.<\/p>\n

Po ashtu, IKD ka k\u00ebrkuar nga kryetarja Trendafilova se \u00e7do veprim i k\u00ebsaj gjykat\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb baz\u00eb ligjore dhe mb\u00ebshtetje n\u00eb prova, t\u00eb respektohen lirit\u00eb dhe t\u00eb drejta e njeriut dhe q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha veprimet t\u00eb b\u00ebhen publike, gjithmon\u00eb pa d\u00ebmtuar hetimet apo penguar administrimin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vazhdim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij takimi, kryetarja Trendafilova duke ju p\u00ebrgjigjur interesimit t\u00eb pranishmeve \u00ebsht\u00eb deklaruar p\u00ebr shum\u00eb tema.<\/p>\n

Lidhur me ndalimin e vizitave dhe komunikimeve p\u00ebr Hashim Tha\u00e7in, Kadri Veselin dhe Rexhep Selimin, Trendafilova ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se pritet t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim final.<\/p>\n

\u201cUn\u00eb nuk kam marr\u00eb mendimin e prokurorit, dhe as t\u00eb mbrojtjes, t\u00eb shohim se \u00e7ka do t\u00eb vendoset. N\u00eb lidhje me gjat\u00ebsin\u00eb e d\u00ebnimit q\u00eb mund t\u00eb shqiptoj kjo gjykat\u00eb, Trendafilova ka p\u00ebrmendur burgimin e p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n
