Q\u00eb komuniteti serb t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet n\u00eb Serbi duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb ka th\u00ebn\u00eb kryeministri, Albin Kurti, n\u00eb letr\u00ebn drejtuar shefit t\u00eb Misionit t\u00eb OSBE-s\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Michale Davenport.<\/h3>\n

Kurti ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se kjo marr\u00ebveshje duhet t\u00eb vij\u00eb nga Serbia si pal\u00eb e interesuar, bazuar n\u00eb sovranitetin dhe pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

\u201cLidhur me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn, dhe n\u00eb lidhje me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrshtet\u00ebror p\u00ebr votimin jasht\u00eb vendit, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb mund\u00ebsohet q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e komunitetit serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb me shtet\u00ebsi t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb t\u00eb votojn\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet serbe jasht\u00eb Zyr\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrlidh\u00ebse t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb. K\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje duhet t\u00eb vij\u00eb nga Serbia si pal\u00eb e interesuar\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb letr\u00ebn e Kurtit.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb tej Kurti, duke listuar disa kushte ka inkurajuar Serbin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb negocioj\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje speciale me Kosov\u00eb, \u201cduke zbatuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb detyrim tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes Baz\u00eb: t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e fqinj\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb mir\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00eb lidhje me mbajtjen e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb territorin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, m\u00eb lejoni t\u2019ju t\u00ebrheq v\u00ebmendjen edhe n\u00eb korniz\u00ebn e re ligjore, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar mbi praktikat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira evropiane dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Lidhur me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn, dhe n\u00eb lidhje me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrshtet\u00ebror p\u00ebr votimin jasht\u00eb vendit, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb mund\u00ebsohet q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e komunitetit serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb me shtet\u00ebsi t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb t\u00eb votojn\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet serbe jasht\u00eb Zyr\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrlidh\u00ebse t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb. K\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje duhet t\u00eb vij\u00eb nga Serbia si pal\u00eb e interesuar. Dhe \u00e7do k\u00ebrkes\u00eb e till\u00eb duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebr baz\u00eb sovranitetin dhe pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, si shtet i barabart\u00eb, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nenin 2 t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes Baz\u00eb t\u00eb arritur sivjet mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb.
