Investimet e tjera q\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb pesh\u00eb t\u00eb konsiderueshme jan\u00eb ato n\u00eb makineri dhe pajisje me 42,7%, nd\u00ebrsa investimet e tjera me nj\u00eb pesh\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl n\u00eb kuadrin e totalit t\u00eb investimeve jan\u00eb: investimet n\u00eb asete t\u00eb prekshme me rreth 3,7%; investimet n\u00eb produktet e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb intelektuale me 0,4%; si dhe investimet biologjike t\u00eb kultivuara dhe serrat n\u00eb bujq\u00ebsi me rreth 0,1%, transmeton Telegrafi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Investimet sipas aktivitetit ekonomik<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aktivitetet me m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti investime ishin: Tregtia me shumic\u00eb dhe pakic\u00eb (26,8%); Nd\u00ebrtimtaria (25,2%); Prodhimi (15,8%).<\/p>\n<p>Investimet sipas aktivitetit ekonomik, 2022 n\u00eb (%)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Investimet sipas madh\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjeve<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 2022, p\u00ebrqindja m\u00eb e madhe e investimeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjeve kosovare ishte te Nd\u00ebrtimi, Pajisjet dhe Makinerit\u00eb me mbi 90,0%. Nd\u00ebrkaq, p\u00ebrqindja m\u00eb e madhe e investimeve n\u00eb vend nga nd\u00ebrmarrjet e vogla (10 \u2013 49 pun\u00ebtor\u00eb) me 44,4%; nd\u00ebrmarrjet e mesme (50 \u2013 249 pun\u00ebtor\u00eb) me 24,3%; dhe mini nd\u00ebrmarrjet (1-9 pun\u00ebtor\u00eb) me 22,7%.<\/p>\n<p>Investimet sipas madh\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjeve, (%)<\/p>\n<p>Sipas rezultateve n\u00eb nivel vendi, n\u00eb vitin 2022, p\u00ebrqindja m\u00eb e lart\u00eb e investimeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjeve sipas rajoneve ishte n\u00eb: Prishtin\u00eb (49,9%); Prizren (11,3%); Mitrovic\u00eb (9,9%); Gjilan (8,9%); Pej\u00eb (7,4%); Ferizaj (6,7%); dhe Gjakov\u00eb (6,0%).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Blerjet e reja, t\u00eb importuara dhe investimet n\u00eb vijim<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb kuadrin e blerjeve t\u00eb reja investive prin: Nd\u00ebrtimtaria (28,3%); Tregtia me shumic\u00eb dhe pakic\u00eb (24,2%); Prodhimi (16,1%); Furnizim me energji elektrike, gaz avull dhe aj\u00ebr t\u00eb kondicionuar (10,6%). Kurse sektor\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Sektor\u00ebt q\u00eb prijn\u00eb n\u00eb blerje t\u00eb importuara ishin: Prodhimi (24,7%); Tregtia me shumic\u00eb dhe pakic\u00eb (23,1%); dhe Informacioni dhe komunikimi (17,1%). Kurse sektor\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Te blerjet investive n\u00eb vijim prin: Tregtia me shumic\u00eb dhe pakic\u00eb (46,6%); Nd\u00ebrtimtaria (24,4%); Aktivitetet e patundshm\u00ebris\u00eb (7,9%); dhe Aktivitetet profesionale, shkencore dhe teknike (7,8%). Kurse sektor\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Burimet e mjeteve p\u00ebr financimin e investimeve<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sa i p\u00ebrket burimit t\u00eb investimeve, rreth 50,6% e vler\u00ebs s\u00eb investimeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjeve ishte realizuar nga fondet e veta; dhe 35,1% nga bankat vendore.
