Zyra e Prokurorit t\u00eb Specializuar gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb enjtes lexoi p\u00ebrmbledhjen e deklaratave q\u00eb d\u00ebshmitari Dragan Ivanisheviq i kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb, ku thuhet se kishte deklaruar q\u00eb m\u00eb 9 shkurt 1999 s\u00eb bashku me nj\u00eb person t\u00eb quajtur Velko Markoviq ishin rr\u00ebmbyer nga Ushtria \u00c7lirimtare e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/h3>\n

\u201cD\u00ebshmitarit Dragan Ivanisheviq po vinte nga Prishtina me makin\u00eb n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmjen e 9 shkurtit 1999 kur e rr\u00ebmbyen disa burra t\u00eb armatosur me uniform\u00eb t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb. Brenda nj\u00eb ore apo di\u00e7ka e till\u00eb, U\u00c7K-ja e transportoi d\u00ebshmitarin nga nj\u00eb vend n\u00eb tjetrin me nj\u00eb \u201cLada\u201d t\u00eb bardh\u00eb. Rr\u00ebmbimi i d\u00ebshmitarit p\u00ebrkoi me rr\u00ebmbimin nga U\u00c7K-ja t\u00eb Velko Markoviq. D\u00ebshmitari e pa Markoviqin at\u00eb dit\u00eb disa her\u00eb dhe kur i mbajt\u00ebn bashk\u00eb mbrapa nj\u00eb makine \u201cLada\u201d, duke i \u00e7uar nga nj\u00eb vend tek tjetri\u201d, tha prokurori.<\/p>\n

Prokurori tha q\u00eb sipas deklaratave, d\u00ebshmitari kishte arritur q\u00eb t\u00eb ikte, nd\u00ebrsa Markoviq kishte mbetur i ndaluar, raporton \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201c.<\/p>\n

\u201cGjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe, Markoviq i tha d\u00ebshmitarit nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjerash se ishte polic, por se do t\u2019iu thoshte kidnapuesve se do t\u00eb punonte n\u00eb hekurudh\u00eb. Z. Markoviq dhe d\u00ebshmitari arrit\u00ebn q\u00eb ta hapin bagazhin dhe d\u00ebshmitari iku, nd\u00ebrsa Markoviq vazhdoi t\u00eb ishte i ndaluar nga U\u00c7K-ja\u201d, tha prokurori.<\/p>\n

Tutje, ZPS-ja tha se d\u00ebshmitari kishte m\u00ebsuar nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt se Markoviq ishte par\u00eb p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb fundit m\u00eb\u00a09 shkurt 1999 dhe se nuk ishte kthyer m\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi.<\/p>\n

\u201cPasi iku, d\u00ebshmitari m\u00ebsoi nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe nga familja e Markoviq se Markoviqi ishte par\u00eb p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb fundit po at\u00eb dit\u00eb q\u00eb d\u00ebshmitari ishte rr\u00ebmbyer kur i ndali nj\u00eb makin\u00eb \u201cLada\u201d e bardh\u00eb. D\u00ebshmitari m\u00ebsoi se Markoviq punonte si polic p\u00ebr hekurudh\u00ebn, i nj\u00ebjti informacion q\u00eb i kishte treguar vet\u00eb Markoviq kur i mbanin bashk\u00eb n\u00eb bagazhin e nj\u00eb makine \u201cLada\u201d.
