Ai ka p\u00ebrkujtuar edhe elemente t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb njohjes joformale t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, se Serbia i ka motivuar bashk\u00ebkomb\u00ebsit q\u00eb t\u00eb marrin let\u00ebrnjoftime atje, dhe q\u00eb ata njer\u00ebz t\u00eb votojn\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje dhe t\u00eb ken\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues n\u00eb institucionet e Kosov\u00ebs, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Parlamenti.<\/p>\n

Ai shton se e gjith\u00eb kjo n\u00eb fakt do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se Serbia tashm\u00eb e ka zbatuar njohjen de facto t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Njohja de facto \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proces i but\u00eb q\u00eb, sipas interpretimit t\u00eb Gavriloviqit, t\u00eb \u00e7on n\u00eb realitet p\u00ebrmes zbatimit t\u00eb disa masave, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht se ekzistojn\u00eb dy subjekte t\u00eb ndryshme juridike dhe se Kosova n\u00eb fakt tani ka nj\u00eb lloj njohjeje se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb pjes\u00eb e sistemin juridik serb.<\/p>\n

\u201cMe ato koncepte fleksibile, Cooper u dha politikan\u00ebve n\u00eb Serbi dhe Kosov\u00eb nj\u00eb shans q\u00eb para opinionit t\u00eb tyre publik lokal t\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr negociatat me pal\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n

\u201cLoja k\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb n\u00eb fakt fitojn\u00eb di\u00e7ka dhe humbasin di\u00e7ka. Duke rikujtuar se me vite t\u00eb t\u00ebra ka oficer\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidh\u00ebs mes Serbis\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs, hapi tjet\u00ebr, si\u00e7 thot\u00eb ai, \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritja e k\u00ebtyre marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve n\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel pak m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb diplomatik.<\/p>\n
