N\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb p\u00ebr Radio Kosova, Reuten ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb e interesuar t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb t\u00eb bllokuar negociatat me Kosov\u00ebn, derisa kjo e fundit t\u00eb zotohet se do t\u00eb angazhohet n\u00eb zbatimin e marr\u00ebveshjes, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb themelimin e Asociacionit t\u00eb komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe.<\/p>\n

Sipas tij, Serbia t\u00ebrhiqet sa her\u00eb q\u00eb procesi \u00ebsht\u00eb af\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrparimi, teksa ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se nuk mungon angazhimi te Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

\u201cAjo q\u00eb shihet n\u00eb praktik\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se Serbia ka nj\u00eb interes t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr ta bllokuar procesin. Sa her\u00eb q\u00eb jemi af\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrparimi, Serbia t\u00ebrhiqet. Ose nuk n\u00ebnshkruajn\u00eb ose nuk angazhohen, ose b\u00ebjn\u00eb di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb destabilizuar s\u00ebrish situat\u00ebn. Dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb problematike.
