Gjykata njofton se Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnuar me 10 vite burgim, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar se ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cVrasje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb e mbetur n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb\u201d dhe \u201cMbajtja n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi, kontroll apo posedim t\u00eb paautorizuar t\u00eb arm\u00ebve\u201d.<\/p>\n

Sipas gjykat\u00ebs, m\u00eb 10 shtator 2022, n\u00eb fshatin Lutogllav\u00eb t\u00eb Pej\u00ebs, Berisha ka tentuar ta privoj\u00eb nga jeta burrin e motr\u00ebs, ku dy dit\u00eb para dit\u00ebs kritike fillimisht e kishte hapur nj\u00eb varr prapa sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebllait t\u00eb tij p\u00ebr t\u2019i fshehur gjurm\u00ebt e krimit dhe p\u00ebr ta varrosur viktim\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

\u201cNat\u00ebn kritike paraprakisht i pandehuri e kishte ftuar n\u00eb telefon djalin e viktim\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit i kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb se a \u00ebsht\u00eb babai i tij, k\u00ebtu i d\u00ebmtuari n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi se un\u00eb po vij\u00eb me marr\u00eb me pi nj\u00eb kafe, dhe nuk kan\u00eb kaluar as disa minuta i pandehuri shkon tek sht\u00ebpia e t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit t\u00eb cilin e ka dh\u00ebnd\u00ebr (burrin e motr\u00ebs) t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin e merr e hip n\u00eb vetur\u00ebn e tij dhe nisen n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb fshatit L. kinse p\u00ebr t\u00eb shikuar nj\u00eb arm\u00eb.
