Eurodeputet\u00ebt kritikuan ashp\u00ebr politik\u00ebn e Serbis\u00eb ndaj Kosov\u00ebs dhe e cil\u00ebsojn\u00eb at\u00eb \u201ct\u00eb rrezikshme.\u201d Rezoluta n\u00eb fjal\u00eb thekson se autor\u00eb t\u00eb sulmit terrorist jan\u00eb \u201cpara ushtarak\u00eb serb\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eborganizuar n\u00eb Banjska.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rezoluta e Parlamentit Evropian u b\u00ebn thirrje t\u00eb gjitha shteteve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb q\u00eb ende nuk e kan\u00eb d\u00ebnuar sulmin e 24 shtatorit ta d\u00ebnojn\u00eb at\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ajo thekson q\u00eb \u201cmarr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr liberalizimin e vizave p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe nuk duhet t\u00eb lidhet me dialogun Serbi-Kosov\u00eb. Kjo marrveshje duhet t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi m\u00eb s\u00eb voni m\u00eb 1 janar 2024.\u201d<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrballje pa vones\u00eb e autor\u00ebve t\u00eb sulmit me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rezoluta e Parlamentit Evropian i b\u00ebn thirrje Bashkimit Evropian t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb hetimin nga autoritetet kosovare me mb\u00ebshtetjen e EULEX-it p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbuluar t\u00eb gjitha provat. Eurodeputet\u00ebt i k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb\u00a0Serbis\u00eb t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunoj\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht me hetimet dhe t\u2019i sjell\u00eb para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit p\u00ebr sulmin e 24 shtatorit.<\/p>\n

\u201cAta jan\u00eb duke banuar n\u00eb Serbi dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin duhet t\u00eb ekstradohen n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb,\u201d v\u00eb n\u00eb dukje rezoluta.<\/p>\n

Parlamenti Evropian n\u00eb rezolut\u00ebn e miratuar dje i b\u00ebn gjithashtu thirrje Serbis\u00eb \u201ct\u00eb p\u00ebrmbahet nga \u00e7do p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzim i m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm q\u00eb c\u00ebnon rendin kushtetues t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb parandaloj\u00eb \u00e7do kontraband\u00eb t\u00eb arm\u00ebve p\u00ebrtej kufirit.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rezoluta e quan shkaktare \u201ct\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb tensioneve politike n\u00eb rajon mbajtjen e nj\u00eb dite zie komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr t\u00eb nderuar tre terrorist\u00ebt e vdekur serb\u00eb dhe portretizimin e tyre si heronj q\u00eb luftuan p\u00ebr kauz\u00ebn e serbeve.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rekomandim p\u00ebr masa kund\u00ebr Serbis\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rezoluta thekson se Komisioni dhe K\u00ebshilli Evropian duhet t\u00eb marrin masa ndaj Serbis\u00eb\u00a0n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb rezultateve t\u00eb hetimeve dhe nga zbulimi i p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb shtetit serb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb\u00a0sulmin terrorist t\u00eb Banjsk\u00ebs\u00a0apo n\u00eb sulmet e dhunshme n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb maj 2023.<\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00ebse autoritetet serbe nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb gatshme t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunojn\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht at\u00ebhere Komisioni Europian t\u00eb ngrij\u00eb fondet e dh\u00ebna Serbis\u00eb sipas Instrumentit p\u00ebr Asistenc\u00ebn e Para-Aderimit III.\u201d<\/p>\n

Parlamenti Evropian i b\u00ebn thirrje n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rezolut\u00eb edhe K\u00ebshillit Evropian t\u00eb miratoj\u00eb \u201cmasa t\u00eb synuara kufizuese, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb, por pa u kufizuar, ngrirjen e aseteve dhe ndalimin e udh\u00ebtimit, kund\u00ebr aktor\u00ebve destabilizues n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe lider\u00ebve t\u00eb rrjeteve kryesore t\u00eb krimit t\u00eb organizuar.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rezoluta i b\u00ebn thirrje K\u00ebshillit Evropian t\u00eb \u201endjek\u00eb shembullin e Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb vendos\u00eb masa t\u00eb synuara kund\u00ebr Milan Radoi\u00e7iq-it.<\/p>\n

Europarlamentar\u00ebt shprehin n\u00eb rezolut\u00eb keqardhjen q\u00eb gjykata e Beogradit refuzoi thirrjen e Zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb Kryeprokurorit Publik t\u00eb Beogradit p\u00ebr ndalimin e Milan Radoi\u00e7iq-it p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rrezikut t\u00eb arratisjes s\u00eb tij, duke pasur parasysh se Radoi\u00e7iq mori p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr organizimin e sulmit t\u00eb 24 shtatorit 2023.<\/p>\n

Bisnesmeni dhe politikani serb, Milan Radoi\u00e7iq, dyshohet se ka qen\u00eb i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb krimin e organizuar dhe n\u00eb sulmin n\u00eb Banjska.<\/p>\n

Parlamenti Evropian n\u00eb rezolut\u00ebn kushtuar sulmit terrorist serb n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs i b\u00ebn thirrje KFOR-it q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb plan \u201ct\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb element\u00eb t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm q\u00eb mund t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb si pengues ndaj p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzimit t\u00eb m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb tenioneve.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rezoluta u k\u00ebrkon shteteve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE, \u201ct\u00eb vendosin trupa shtes\u00eb n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe NATO-s t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb q\u00eb KFOR-i t\u00eb ket\u00eb aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e duhura p\u00ebr t\u00eb monitoruar nga af\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb veriun e Kosov\u00ebs, kryer mbik\u00ebqyrje t\u00eb vazhdueshme t\u00eb rajonit dhe siguruar q\u00eb \u00e7do inkursion paraushtarak, sulm,veprim apo tentativ\u00eb p\u00ebr rr\u00ebmbim t\u00eb oficer\u00ebve kosovar\u00eb t\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb ligjit t\u00eb zbulohet menj\u00ebher\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr arritjen e k\u00ebtij synimi rezoluta e PE u b\u00ebn thirrje Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb\u00a0dialogun Beograd-Prishtin\u00eb\u00a0t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar nga BE \u201cn\u00eb mir\u00ebbesim dhe frym\u00ebn e kompromisit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse, ligj\u00ebrisht t\u00eb detyrueshme p\u00ebr normalizimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb tyre pa vonesa t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme, bazuar n\u00eb parimin e nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb. njohjen dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.\u201d N\u00eb rezolut\u00eb theksohet se\u00a0normalizimi i marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve mes dy vendeve\u00a0\u201e\u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsor p\u00ebr p\u00ebrparimin e tyre drejt an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb BE.<\/p>\n

\u201cD\u00ebshtimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb vepruar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb konstruktive dhe me mir\u00ebbesim p\u00ebr normalizimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve do t\u00eb ket\u00eb pasoja p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Serbis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb BE.\u201d<\/p>\n
