\u201cNe e ndjekim m\u00eb shum\u00eb vigjilenc\u00eb tensionet mes Prishtin\u00ebs dhe Beogradit. Franca dhe Gjermania kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb propozim q\u00eb mendoj se \u00ebsht\u00eb i mir\u00eb dhe presim te respektohet nga t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt. Besoj se \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e Vu\u00e7iq q\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebnoj\u00eb aktin e 24 shtatorit.
