E kemi n\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00eb nj\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e cila minoritetin e saj n\u00eb an\u00ebn e Serbis\u00eb e neglizhon totalisht\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTre viteve t\u00eb fundit mundohet t\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7aj\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi me ato raporte n\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs q\u00eb pak m\u00eb par\u00eb i pat\u00ebt n\u00eb emision. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr kemi nj\u00eb Serbi q\u00eb p\u00ebr serb\u00ebt n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb investon rreth 800 milion\u00eb dollar\u00eb n\u00eb 20 vitet e fundit.
