Sipas p\u00ebrmbledhjes s\u00eb lexuar n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb, d\u00ebshmitari \u00ebsht\u00eb ish-pjes\u00ebtar i Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (U\u00c7K), d\u00ebshmia e t\u00eb cilit, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me struktur\u00ebn komanduese t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Pashtrikut.<\/h3>\n

K\u00ebt\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar, ka filluar ta marr\u00eb n\u00eb pyetje prokurori special, Matt Halling, i cili e ka pyetur lidhur me nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ai e ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb Zyr\u00ebn e Prokurorit t\u00eb Specializuar dhe p\u00ebr disa plot\u00ebsim-ndryshime t\u00eb saj q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb konfirmuar edhe nga d\u00ebshmitari i 30-t\u00eb, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb i mbrojtur, raporton \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d.<\/p>\n

Pas k\u00ebsaj, prokurori Halling ka k\u00ebrkuar nga trupi gjykues q\u00eb kjo intervist\u00eb dhe dokumentet p\u00ebrcjell\u00ebse t\u00eb pranohen si prova materiale.<\/p>\n
