Rreth 30 persona kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar ndihm\u00eb mjek\u00ebsore n\u00eb spitalin e Mitrovic\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt dyshojn\u00eb se jan\u00eb helmuar nga ushqimi q\u00eb kan\u00eb ngr\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb lokalin \u201cOn Top Food\u201d. Agjencia e Ushqimit dhe Veterin\u00ebs ka inspektuar k\u00ebt\u00eb lokal, me \u00e7\u2019rast njoftojn\u00eb se higjiena sanitare nuk ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe se e kan\u00eb mbyllur lokalin p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht.<\/h3>\n

N\u00eb njoftimin e AUV thuhet se parregullsi kan\u00eb hasur m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn ku p\u00ebrgatitet doneri, derisa shtojn\u00eb se lokali nuk ka ofruar d\u00ebshmi p\u00ebr pajisjen e stafit me libreza sanitare.<\/p>\n

\u201cHapi i par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ndaluar puna dhe ka nisur kontrolli i detajuar i t\u00eb gjitha hap\u00ebsirave dhe mjeteve t\u00eb kuzhin\u00ebs. Jan\u00eb evidentuar t\u00eb gjitha informata mbi procesin e pun\u00ebs dhe gatimit. Kryesisht ushqimet e gatuara kan\u00eb qen: Hamburger, doner, tost etj. P\u00ebrgatitja e mishit shkrirja n\u00eb vask\u00eb, deri t\u00eb gatimi i final \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb aty p\u00ebr disa produkte, disa t\u00eb tjera jan\u00eb furnizim nga mishtorja. Gjendja higjienike- sanitare n\u00eb momentin e inspektimit nuk ka qen e mir\u00eb. Sidomos n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgatitjes se mishit p\u00ebr doner. Nuk ka ofruar d\u00ebshmi p\u00ebr pajisjen e stafit me libreza sanitare dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer DDD\u201d<\/em>, thuhet n\u00eb njoftim.<\/p>\n

Nga kjo agjenci potencuan se operatorit ekonomik do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerren t\u00eb gjitha masat ligjore nga t\u00eb gjeturat p\u00ebrfundimtare, derisa treguan se pacient\u00ebt kan\u00eb marr\u00eb trajtim mjek\u00ebsor dhe jan\u00eb liruar n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi.<\/p>\n

\u201cJan\u00eb marr\u00eb strishot nga mjetet e pun\u00ebs, tavolinat e sh\u00ebrbimit, pjata e servimit dhe duart e kuzhinierit. Jan\u00eb marr\u00eb mostra t\u00eb produkteve ushqime: doner, pleskavic\u00eb, sallat\u00eb majoneza dhe sosa. T\u00eb gjitha mostrat jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur sipas procedur\u00ebs standarde p\u00ebr d\u00ebrgim n\u00eb laborator. Lokali \u00ebsht\u00eb mbyllur p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht deri n\u00eb nxjerrje t\u00eb rezultateve t\u00eb analizave laboratorike. Jan\u00eb vizituar p\u00ebrs\u00ebri pacientet p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb gjendjen sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb pacientet deri me tani (30) qe kan\u00eb marr\u00eb trajtim mjek\u00ebsor\u00eb jan\u00eb liruar p\u00ebr sht\u00ebpi. Jemi duke monitoruar situat\u00ebn mbi gjendjen e sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore t\u00eb pacienteve. Ndaj operatorit ekonomik do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerren t\u00eb gjitha masat ligjore konform t\u00eb gjeturave p\u00ebrfundimtare raporteve t\u00eb analizave laboratorike. Jemi ende n\u00eb teren bashk\u00eb me mekanizmat tjer\u00eb shtet\u00ebror\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb veprimet t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr mbrojtjeje t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit t\u00eb qytetareve\u201d<\/em>, potencohet nga AUV.<\/p>\n

AUV njofton se m\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00eb lajm\u00ebrimin p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb, kan\u00eb vizituar pacient\u00ebt dhe m\u00eb pas kan\u00eb vazhduar inspektimin n\u00eb lokalin \u201cOn Top Food\u201d.<\/p>\n
