P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i Lart\u00eb i Bashkimit Evropian (BE), Josep Borrell, tha t\u00eb enjten se do t\u00eb ulet \u201cs\u00eb bashku\u201d me presidenten e Kosov\u00ebs, Vjosa Osmani, dhe presidentin e Serbis\u00eb, Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iq, p\u00ebr t\u00eb biseduar gjat\u00eb samitit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb Granada t\u00eb Spanj\u00ebs.<\/h3>\n

I pyetur n\u00ebse ka takim t\u00eb caktuar mes Osmanit dhe Vu\u00e7iqit, Borrel tha se \u201ctakimet b\u00ebhen p\u00ebr t\u2019i ulur tensionet.
