Akuzat ndaj Per\u00ebndimit n\u00eb lidhje me Kosov\u00ebn ishin n\u00eb fokus t\u00eb fjalimit t\u00eb presidentit serb Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iq n\u00eb Asamblen\u00eb e P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara.<\/h3>\n

N\u00eb fjalimin e tij gjysm\u00ebor\u00ebsh m\u00eb 21 shtator, Vu\u00e7iq akuzoi vendet per\u00ebndimore se kan\u00eb \u201cshkelur brutalisht\u201d Kart\u00ebn e Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara dhe Rezolut\u00ebn 1244 t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb duke njohur Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Ai i kushtoi koh\u00eb ngjarjeve q\u00eb i paraprin\u00eb shpalljes s\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2008.<\/p>\n

Radio Evropa e Lir\u00eb (edicioni n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn serbe) verifikoi sakt\u00ebsin\u00eb e pretendimeve nga fjalimi i Vu\u00e7iqit.<\/p>\n

Mohimi i terrorit policor ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cShpjegimet e pakuptimta dhe t\u00eb par\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, sikurse terrori policor q\u00eb autoritetet serbe kryen n\u00eb krahin\u00ebn e tyre jugore nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb (1999), kriza humanitare, d\u00ebbimi i popullat\u00ebs vendase shqiptare, jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb pik\u00eb q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb derdhet gota me g\u00ebnjeshtra dhe marr\u00ebzira (\u2026)\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Vu\u00e7iqi n\u00eb Asamblen\u00eb e OKB-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Faktet:<\/strong>\u00a0Krimet e forcave ushtarake dhe policore kund\u00ebr civil\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb u v\u00ebrtetuan me aktgjykime kund\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb udh\u00ebheqjes politike dhe ushtarake t\u00eb RF t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb para tribunalit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar n\u00eb Hag\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, nga viti 1998 deri n\u00eb vitin 1999, jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 10.000 civil\u00eb, prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve mbi 8.000 ishin t\u00eb nacionalitetit shqiptar.<\/p>\n

Pothuajse 1000 mbetje motor\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb vrar\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs u gjet\u00ebn n\u00eb varreza masive n\u00eb Serbi.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ende zhvillohen k\u00ebrkimet p\u00ebr rreth 1600 persona t\u00eb zhdukur, kryesisht pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb komunitetit shqiptar.<\/p>\n

Bombardimet e NATO-s n\u00eb RF t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb filluan m\u00eb 24 mars 1999, pas raportimeve t\u00eb shumta p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut dhe dhun\u00eb t\u00eb ushtruar nga ushtria dhe policia serbe ndaj popullat\u00ebs shqiptare, shkruan REL, transmeton Telegrafi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Bombardimi p\u00ebrfundoi me n\u00ebnshkrimin e Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Kumanov\u00ebs m\u00eb 9 qershor 1999. Pas k\u00ebsaj u t\u00ebrhoq ushtria dhe policia serbe nga Kosova.<\/p>\n

Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb UNHCR-s\u00eb, 230,000 serb\u00eb dhe rom\u00eb jan\u00eb larguar nga Kosova q\u00eb nga ardhja e forcave paqeruajt\u00ebse dhe 800,000 shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb u deportuan jan\u00eb kthyer.<\/p>\n

Kosova shpalli pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2008.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 2010, Gjykata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb konstatoi se shpallja e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nuk ka shkelur t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

Manipulimi me numrin e viktimave t\u00eb bombardimeve t\u00eb NATO-s<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cP\u00ebr dallim nga viti 1999, kur bombarduan Beogradin dhe qytetet e tjera t\u00eb vendit tim, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb gjurm\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakshme prej disa mij\u00ebra civil\u00ebsh dhe ushtar\u00ebsh t\u00eb vdekur\u2026\u201d,<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0tha Vu\u00e7iq n\u00eb OKB.<\/p>\n

Faktet:<\/strong>\u00a0Numri i paspecifikuar i \u201cdisa mij\u00ebra civil\u00ebve dhe ushtar\u00ebve t\u00eb vdekur\u201d gjat\u00eb bombardimeve t\u00eb NATO-s n\u00eb RF t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i sakt\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Shteti i Serbis\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb list\u00eb zyrtare t\u00eb viktimave t\u00eb bombardimeve t\u00eb NATO-s.<\/p>\n

Lista e emrave u publikua n\u00eb vitin 2014, si pjes\u00eb e projektit t\u00eb pajtimit KOMRA, nga Fondi joqeveritar p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebn Humanitare (FDH) n\u00eb Serbi dhe Kosov\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat merren me dokumentimin e krimeve n\u00eb territorin e ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sipas atij regjistrimi, n\u00eb sulmet e NATO-s vdiq\u00ebn 756 persona, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht 452 civil\u00eb dhe 304 pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb forcave t\u00eb armatosura.<\/p>\n

Nga civil\u00ebt e vrar\u00eb, 206 ishin t\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb etnike serbe ose malazeze, 218 ishin shqiptar\u00eb, 14 ishin rom\u00eb dhe 14 ishin civil\u00eb t\u00eb nacionaliteteve t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n

Nga bombardimet u vran\u00eb 275 pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb Jugosllave (UJ) dhe MPB-s\u00eb, dhe 29 pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (U\u00c7K).<\/p>\n

N\u00eb territorin e Serbis\u00eb jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb 261 persona, n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi 10 dhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb 485, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb FDH-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Gjithsej [nga bombardimet e NATO-s] n\u00eb territorin e Serbis\u00eb jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb 261 persona, n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi 10 dhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb 485, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb FDH-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Krahasimi me krimet ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201c(\u2026) Kur terrori i duksh\u00ebm, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin ata vet\u00eb thon\u00eb se t\u00eb kujton at\u00eb q\u00eb ndodhi me shqiptar\u00ebt, b\u00ebhet kund\u00ebr serb\u00ebve, nuk ka fatkeq\u00ebsi humanitare, nuk ka thirrje p\u00ebr veprim, asgj\u00eb. Ata jan\u00eb thjesht t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar tani, duke ngritur supet, por n\u00ebse duhet t\u00eb marrin ndonj\u00eb vendim, gjithmon\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb, si\u00e7 than\u00eb ata, se t\u00eb \u2018t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt\u2019 jan\u00eb fajtore\u201d,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0ka deklaruar presidenti serb.<\/p>\n

Faktet:<\/strong>\u00a0N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb fjalimit, Vu\u00e7iq i referohet kriz\u00ebs aktuale politike n\u00eb dialogun nd\u00ebrmjet Serbis\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr normalizimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve, i cili zhvillohet n\u00ebn p\u00ebrkujdesjen e Bashkimit Evropian.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, ku jeton popullata shumic\u00eb serbe, tensionet jan\u00eb rritur muajt e fundit. Nd\u00ebrsa Beogradi dhe Prishtina ia kalojn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrit, Bashkimi Evropian u b\u00ebn thirrje t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb de-p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzojn\u00eb situat\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Nga fjalimi i Vu\u00e7iqit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se kush po thot\u00eb se po vazhdon \u201cterror ndaj serb\u00ebve\u201d, e as q\u00eb \u201cp\u00ebrkujton\u201d at\u00eb kund\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb viteve 1998\/99. Sot n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk ka luft\u00eb, transmeton Telegrafi.<\/p>\n

Policia e Kosov\u00ebs sot nuk kryen sulme t\u00eb organizuara dhe spastrim etnik t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs serbe, as nuk vret civil\u00eb, si\u00e7 ishte rasti n\u00eb vitet 1998\/99, kur ushtria dhe policia serbe kryente krime masive ndaj popullat\u00ebs shqiptare.<\/p>\n

Zyrtar\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb ushtarak\u00eb dhe policor\u00eb t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb u d\u00ebnuan p\u00ebr krime lufte kund\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebve para gjykat\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare n\u00eb Hag\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Shefi i Shtabit t\u00eb MPB-s\u00eb s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, Sreten Lukiq, \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnuar me 20 vjet burg p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrngulje t\u00eb detyruar, d\u00ebbime, vrasje dhe p\u00ebrndjekje t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs shqiptare nga Kosova.<\/p>\n

S\u00eb bashku me Lukiqin, ish-z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministri i Republik\u00ebs Federale t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb (RFJ) Nikola Shainoviq u d\u00ebnua n\u00eb vitin 2014 me 18 vjet burg, nd\u00ebrsa ish-komandanti i Armat\u00ebs s\u00eb Tret\u00eb t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb Jugosllave, Nebojsha Pavkoviq, u d\u00ebnua me 22 vite burg.<\/p>\n

Komandanti i Korpusit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb luft\u00ebs, Vladimir Lazareviq, u d\u00ebnua nga Tribunali me 14 vjet burg p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb dhe nxitje t\u00eb krimeve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, kurse shefi i Shtabit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Ushtris\u00eb Jugosllav Dragoljub Ojdaniq u d\u00ebnua me 15 vjet burg.<\/p>\n

Ish-ndihm\u00ebs ministri i Policis\u00eb dhe shefi i Departamentit t\u00eb Siguris\u00eb Publike t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Brendshme t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, Vlastimir Gjorgjeviq, \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnuar me 18 vjet burg p\u00ebr krime lufte, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe transferimin e kufomave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb vrar\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb varreza masive.<\/p>\n
