Aktgjykimi ndaj tyre, u shpall t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn nga kryetarja e trupit gjykues, Suzana \u00c7erkini, raporton \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201c.<\/p>\n

Sipas aktgjykimit, 36 t\u00eb akuzuarit: Gani Bajraktari, Af\u00ebrdita Selmanaj, Hamza Selmani, Ismajl Avdimetaj, Sali Shala, Nehat Rexhepaj, Agron Besimi, Petrit Ademaj, Bajram Mziu, Agron Leka, Driton Miftari, Besim Guda, Mirdi Strana, Shemsedin Shabollari, Fisnik Hima, Luan Pazhari, Galina Berisha, Bajram Preteni, Lulzim Kamberi, Faik Shatri, Ejup Pllana, Florim Sadiku, Halim Halili, Agim Krasniqi, Hajdin \u00c7itaku, Edmond Haliti,\u00a0 Besnik Koliqi, Afrim Poniku, Banush Gashi, Nebih Musliu, Dardan Koqinaj, Xhevdet Krasniqi, Laz\u00ebr Prekpalaj, Rexhep Manaj, Kelmend Pallaska dhe Arlind Batalli, lirohen nga akuza pasi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb provuar se kan\u00eb kryer veprat penale q\u00eb iu viheshin n\u00eb barr\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa, n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e mbajtur m\u00eb 17 gusht 2023, prokurorja speciale Florije Shamolli gjat\u00eb dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb fjal\u00ebs p\u00ebrfundimtare, kishte ndryshuar vler\u00ebn e d\u00ebmit nga 4 milion\u00eb e gjysm\u00eb n\u00eb 11 mij\u00eb e 430 euro.<\/p>\n

Ndryshe, n\u00eb rastin \u201cStenta 2\u201d kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb 45 mjek\u00eb, por p\u00ebr shkaqe sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, gjat\u00eb seancave t\u00eb kaluara ishte ve\u00e7uar procedura p\u00ebr t\u00eb akuzuarit Elfedin Muhaxheri, Ferid Susuri, Ferihane Sefa, Masar Gashi, Murat Abazi dhe Nexhmi Zeqiri.<\/p>\n

Po ashtu, p\u00ebr t\u00eb akuzuarin Daut Gorani, n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn 16 gushtit 2023, u ve\u00e7ua procedura p\u00ebr arsye sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n

Agani dhe Shabani, m\u00eb 1 gusht 2022 ishin liruar nga akuza, e k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim e ka v\u00ebrtetuar edhe Gjykata e Apelit.<\/p>\n
