Policia e Kosov\u00ebs nuk ka arritur t\u00eb pajisjet me jelek\u00eb t\u00eb rinj anti-plumb, as pas dy vjet\u00ebsh.<\/h3>\n

Procedurat p\u00ebr furnizim me k\u00ebto pajisje kan\u00eb ngecur si pasoj\u00eb e ankesave nga kompanit\u00eb e pak\u00ebnaqura tek Organi Shqyrtues i Prokurimit.<\/ins><\/p>\n

Gjykata e Tender\u00ebve ka gjetur shkelje t\u00eb Ligjit t\u00eb Prokurimit n\u00eb tenderin q\u00eb peshon rreth 4 milion\u00eb euro, duke e rikthyer disa her\u00eb n\u00eb rivler\u00ebsim.<\/p>\n

D\u00ebshtimi 24 muajsh p\u00ebr lidhjen e kontrat\u00ebs rrezikon t`i l\u00eb pa pancir\u00eb polic\u00ebt e rinj, kurse u pamund\u00ebson atyre t\u00eb vjet\u00ebrve, q\u00eb ve\u00e7se i kan\u00eb, t`i nd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb pas skadenc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Mediumi e ka pyetur autoritetin ligjv\u00ebn\u00ebs se si po ndodh furnizimi aktualisht, megjithat\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigja e tyre ka munguar.<\/p>\n

D\u00ebshtimi i tenderit ka filluar nga fundi i 2021-\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar deri n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e vitit 2023.<\/p>\n

Ankesat e tri kompanive, t\u00eb b\u00ebra m\u00eb 2021, nuk jan\u00eb trajtuar fare nga Organi Shqyrtues i Prokurimit (OSHP).<\/ins><\/p>\n

Ky organ, p\u00ebr gati dy vjet, nuk ka qen\u00eb funksional.<\/p>\n

Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs pati votuar pastaj n\u00eb qershor t\u00eb 2022-\u00ebs p\u00ebr p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjen e re t\u00eb bordit t\u00eb OSHP-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Paneli i ri gjykues, me t\u00eb trajtuar l\u00ebnd\u00ebn, e kishte aprovuar ankes\u00ebn e kompanis\u00eb \u201cPri Com\u201d n\u00eb shkurt t\u00eb 2023-\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Operatori i rekomanduar p\u00ebr kontrat\u00eb \u201cPRICOM SH.P.K & Seyntex SV\u201d thuhet se nuk ka ofruar produkt sipas k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs se k\u00ebrkuar tek Dosja e Tenderit.<\/p>\n

Paneli i OSHP-s\u00eb konsideron se vendimi i Policis\u00eb bie ndesh me nenin 59 dhe 60 t\u00eb Ligjit t\u00eb Prokurimit Publik dhe po ashtu me q\u00ebllimin e nenit 8 (Planifikimi i Prokurimit), nenit 9 (P\u00ebrcaktimi i nevojave q\u00eb duhet p\u00ebrmbushur), nenin 22 inicimi i aktivitetit t\u00eb prokurimit.<\/p>\n
