Ai ka shtuar se kontrata bart\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi edhe p\u00ebr adoptuesin edhe p\u00ebr Komun\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

\u201cQytetar\u00ebt mund t\u00eb drejtohen direkt n\u00eb kryeqytet, n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb p\u00ebr Siguri dhe Emergjenca. Ne gjendemi n\u00eb komun\u00ebn e vjet\u00ebr.
