{"id":24942,"date":"2023-08-28T10:52:53","date_gmt":"2023-08-28T10:52:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/permbledhja.com\/?p=24942"},"modified":"2023-08-28T10:52:53","modified_gmt":"2023-08-28T10:52:53","slug":"vrasja-ne-prizren-kobra-mbetet-ne-paraburgim-edhe-per-dy-muaj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/permbledhja.com\/sq\/vrasja-ne-prizren-kobra-mbetet-ne-paraburgim-edhe-per-dy-muaj\/","title":{"rendered":"Vrasja n\u00eb Prizren, \u201cKobra\u201d mbetet n\u00eb paraburgim edhe p\u00ebr dy muaj"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb m\u00eb 25 gusht 2023, ia ka vazhduar mas\u00ebn e paraburgimit edhe p\u00ebr dy muaj Dibran Hoxhajt i njohur si \u201cKobra\u201d, i dyshuar p\u00ebr vrasjen e t\u00eb riut nga Kuk\u00ebsi, V.C., n\u00eb Prizren.<\/h3>\n<div class=\"entry-content clearfix single-post-content\">\n<p>Lajmi \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb i ditur p\u00ebr \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d nga zyra e gjykat\u00ebses s\u00eb procedur\u00ebs paraprake Violeta Namani, ku konfirmohet se masa e paraburgimit, Hoxhajt iu vazhdua deri m\u00eb 3 n\u00ebntor 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq, lidhur me t\u00eb dyshuarin Roland Susuri, Gjykata Supreme m\u00eb 16 gusht 2023, ka aprovuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e mbrojtjes p\u00ebr mbrojtje t\u00eb ligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb, duke ia z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar k\u00ebshtu mas\u00ebn e paraburgimit me at\u00eb t\u00eb lajm\u00ebrimit n\u00eb stacion policor.<\/p>\n<p>Kurse, p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyshuarit Arben Vezaj dhe Jesmir Badalli si mas\u00eb t\u00eb fundit Gjykata ua kishte caktuar mas\u00ebn e arrestit sht\u00ebpiak, por ndaj t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebve, sipas Themelores, Prokuroria nuk ka paraqitur k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr vazhdim ose ndryshim t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj mase.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, Gjykata edhe ndaj t\u00eb dyshuarit Burim Mazreku si vendim t\u00eb fundit kishte caktuar mas\u00ebn e paraqitjes n\u00eb stacion policor dhe po ashtu p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin, nga Gjykata u b\u00eb e ditur se Prokuroria nuk ka paraqitur k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr vazhdim ose ndryshim t\u00eb mas\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Kurse, ndaj t\u00eb dyshuarit Enver Amrllahu, me vendimin e 19 prillit 2023 i ishte z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar masa e paraburgimit me at\u00eb t\u00eb dor\u00ebzanis\u00eb, si dhe t\u00eb dyshuarit Kujtim Gashi i ishte z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar masa e paraburgimit me at\u00eb t\u00eb lajm\u00ebrimit n\u00eb stacion policor. P\u00ebr Amrllahun dhe Gashin, po ashtu u tha se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb mas\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Lidhur me masat e siguris\u00eb ndaj t\u00eb dyshuarve: Arben Vezaj, Jesmir Badalli, Burim Mazreku, Kujtim Gashi dhe Enver Amrllahu, prokurorja e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes Merita Bina-Rugova, n\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d, tha se t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebve, masa e fundit iu \u00ebsht\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar me paraqitje n\u00eb stacion policor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cK\u00ebta t\u00eb pandehurit kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb paraburgim, e pastaj me mas\u00ebn e arrestit sht\u00ebpiak dhe n\u00eb fund paraqitje n\u00eb stacion policor\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen e prokurores.<\/p>\n<p>Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, prokurorja speciale e ngarkuar me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje penale, Merita Bina-Rugova tha p\u00ebr \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d se ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur akuz\u00eb ndaj t\u00eb dyshuarve p\u00ebr vrasjen e t\u00eb riut nga Kuk\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, Dibran Hoxha po dyshohet p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cVrasje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb\u201d, arm\u00ebmbajtje pa leje dhe manipulimi me prova, nd\u00ebrsa Arben Vezaj, Burim Mazreku, Jesmir Badalli, Kujtim Gashi dhe Enver Amrallahi, po dyshohen p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cPjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb rrahje\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa, i dyshuari i shtat\u00eb Roland Susurit, dyshohet p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cPjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb rrahje\u201d dhe \u201cManipulimi me prova\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e Prokuroris\u00eb\u00a0 thuhet se m\u00eb 3 janar 2023, rreth or\u00ebs 04:00, n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb lokalit t\u00eb tij \u201cKobra City\u201d, q\u00eb gjendet n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn magjistrale Prizren- Zhur, me arm\u00eb zjarri, me dashje e privon nga jeta viktim\u00ebn V.C, duke v\u00eb n\u00eb rrezik jet\u00ebn e t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit R.Sh, t\u00eb cilin e plagos dhe duke v\u00eb n\u00eb rrezik edhe jet\u00ebn e t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit A.B, q\u00eb t\u00eb tre shtetas t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cP\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshje paraprake q\u00eb kishin pas rreth pagimit t\u00eb fatur\u00ebs n\u00eb lokal, fillon p\u00ebrleshja n\u00eb mes pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve n\u00eb lokalin \u201cKobra City\u201d, me t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit ku pas kacafytjeve dhe rr\u00ebmuj\u00ebs s\u00eb krijuar n\u00eb lokal, t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit dalin nga lokali dhe pasi hypin n\u00eb vetur\u00ebn \u201cMercedes\u201d FA 19-PFX, me targa angleze, p\u00ebr tu larguar n\u00eb parkingun e lokalit, paraqitet i dyshuari Dibran Hoxha, i cili me arm\u00eb zjarri sht\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb vetur\u00ebs, me \u00e7\u2019rast e q\u00ebllon t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarin V.C, i cili kishte qen\u00eb i ulur n\u00eb ul\u00ebsen e pasme t\u00eb vetur\u00ebs dhe R.Sh, i cili kishte qen\u00eb i ulur n\u00eb ul\u00ebsen e p\u00ebrparme, dhe si pasoj\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb sht\u00ebnave me arm\u00eb zjarri V.C nd\u00ebrron jet\u00eb rrug\u00ebs p\u00ebr n\u00eb Spitalin e Kuk\u00ebsit, derisa R.Sh nga plag\u00ebt e marra nga Kuk\u00ebsi d\u00ebrgohet n\u00eb spitalin e Tiran\u00ebs\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e Prokuroris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb, Hoxha dyshohet se ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cVrasje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb m\u00eb 25 gusht 2023, ia ka vazhduar mas\u00ebn e paraburgimit edhe p\u00ebr dy muaj Dibran Hoxhajt i njohur si \u201cKobra\u201d, i dyshuar p\u00ebr vrasjen e t\u00eb riut nga Kuk\u00ebsi, V.C., n\u00eb Prizren.
