K., ka nd\u00ebrruar jet\u00eb tani e ndjera L. Sh. Po ashtu nga koha e\u00a0 pacaktuar e gjer\u00eb me dat\u00eb 22.08.2023, me dashje dhe pa autorizim falsifikon dokumentin n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb institucionit tjet\u00ebr dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb QKMF-s\u00eb n\u00eb Malishev\u00eb, n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta si pronare e biznesit \u201cD.\u201d, me rastin e inspektimit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ordinanc\u00eb i jan\u00eb gjetur 18 v\u00ebrtetime p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebs dhe student si dhe 16 udh\u00ebzime p\u00ebr konsultim t\u00eb QKMF-s\u00eb n\u00eb Malishev\u00eb, t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto dokumente t\u00eb zbraz\u00ebta mir\u00ebpo t\u00eb vulosura me vul\u00ebn e QKMF-s\u00eb, pa autorizim nga institucioni p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Gjyqtari i procedur\u00ebs paraprake n\u00eb Departamentin e Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda, Ilir Rashkaj, pas shqyrtimit t\u00eb shkresave t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs, ka konsideruar se jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur kushtet ligjore p\u00ebr caktimin e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb paraburgimit ndaj t\u00eb pandehurit Xh.
