Kryetari i Zubin Potokut, Izmir Zeqiri, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunoj\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00ebdo vendimi q\u00eb e merr Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr ta shtensionuar situat\u00ebn n\u00eb veri t\u00eb vendit.<\/h3>\n

Iniciativ\u00ebn p\u00ebr shkarkimin e kryetar\u00ebve t\u00eb kat\u00ebr komunave veriore, Zeqiri e ka cil\u00ebsuar si problematike, sepse sipas tij, k\u00ebto iniciativa mund t\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb probleme n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha komunat.<\/p>\n

Ai ka theksuar se iniciativa t\u00eb tilla nuk jan\u00eb praktikuar deri me tani n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cUn\u00eb do t\u2019i p\u00ebrshtatem \u00e7far\u00ebdo forme ligjore q\u00eb rrjedhin nga institucionet e Republik\u00ebs se Kosov\u00ebs. Mir\u00ebpo sa i p\u00ebrket k\u00ebsaj iniciative (udh\u00ebzimit administrativ) p\u00ebr mendimin tim, duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje politike, dor\u00ebheqje vullnetare koordinuar, do te ishte me e dinjitetsh\u00ebm, p\u00ebr mendimin tim. Meqen\u00ebse ky vendim \u00ebsht\u00eb i kryeministrit, natyrisht \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb baz\u00eb ligjore. Por, iniciativ\u00ebn e shkarkimit un\u00eb e shoh m\u00eb problematike dhe e shoh m\u00eb t\u00eb padinjitetshme sepse k\u00ebtu ka edhe probleme, pastaj procedurat deri te shkarkimi\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai p\u00ebr RTV21.<\/p>\n

\u201cMendimi im ka qen\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb jet\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00eb i mir\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje politike dhe dakordim i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm. Un\u00eb jam i gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ta kryer detyr\u00ebn time n\u00eb form\u00ebn me te mire te mundshme qe i hyn n\u00eb pun\u00eb shtetit dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Nism\u00ebn p\u00ebr nj\u00eb peticion e shoh si problematike. Iniciativa t\u00eb tilla nuk jan\u00eb praktikuar deri me tani n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe besoj q\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndonj\u00eb precedent p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha komunat.
