Si rezultat \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur q\u00eb ATK t\u00eb mbledh\u00eb gjat\u00eb 6 mujorit t\u00eb hyrat mbi 355 milion\u00eb euro tatime\u201d<\/em>, \u00ebsht\u00eb shpehur Murtezaj.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas tij, n\u00eb krahasim me planin operues p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vit, ATK ka sh\u00ebnuar rritje n\u00eb mbledhjen e t\u00eb hryave p\u00ebr 26.5 milion\u00eb euro, apo 8.1 p\u00ebrqind m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa plani.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cNd\u00ebr faktor\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndikuar n\u00eb rritjen e t\u00eb hyrave jan\u00eb: fuqizimi i kontrollit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm, rritja e efikasitetit n\u00eb mbledhjen e borxheve, njeri prej indikator\u00ebve t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs ka qen\u00eb edhe funksioni i mbledhjes s\u00eb borxheve, dixhitalizimi i sh\u00ebrbimeve ndaj tatimpaguesve 100%, sh\u00ebrbimet profesionale, rritja e transparenc\u00ebs, rritja e bashk\u00ebpunimit me institucione vendore dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, zbatimi i rekomandimeve. Kjo ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb kemi rritje t\u00eb hyrave tatimore\u201d<\/em>, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb tutje ai.<\/p>\n<p>Murtezaj m\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast u shpreh gjithashtu se nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr sfidat kryesore t\u00eb ATK-s\u00eb mbesin borxhet, q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2022 jan\u00eb inkasuar 76 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cN\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb reformave \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe procesi i rreziqeve n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushje tatimore. Ato jan\u00eb sektori i nd\u00ebrtimtaris\u00eb, gastronomis\u00eb, pun\u00ebsimi joformal, projekti mos deklarues.
