Bashkimi Evropian (BE) ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje q\u00eb zgjedhjet e parakohshme n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb shpallen sa m\u00eb shpejt, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb \u201cq\u00eb t\u2019i jepet fund kriz\u00ebs aktuale\u201d.<\/h3>\n

Nj\u00eb zyrtar i BE-s\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se BE-ja mbetet e shqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr tensionet n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe vazhdon t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr deeskalimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm nga t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

\u201cP\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb fund kriz\u00ebs aktuale, zgjedhjet e parakohshme duhet t\u00eb shpallen sa m\u00eb shpejt n\u00eb t\u00eb kat\u00ebr komunat dhe t\u00eb organizohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb me pjes\u00ebmarrjen e plot\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pakusht\u00ebzuar t\u00eb serb\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. BE-ja ka b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebrkesa specifike p\u00ebr dep\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt (sipas Deklarat\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 3 qershor, propozimit t\u00eb P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt m\u00eb 22 qershor dhe konkluzioneve t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Evropian t\u00eb 30 qershor). N\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e 3 qershorit, t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord nga t\u00eb 27 shtetet an\u00ebtare, BE tha qart\u00eb se ishte e gatshme t\u00eb merrte masa t\u00eb vendosura n\u00eb rast t\u00eb d\u00ebshtimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb de-p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzuar\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen e BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Tutje, thuhet se BE-ja mir\u00ebpret njoftimin e Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr nj\u00eb reduktim t\u00eb menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm prej 25% t\u00eb pranis\u00eb s\u00eb policis\u00eb n\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrreth nd\u00ebrtesave komunale n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, si dhe p\u00ebrkushtimin p\u00ebr uljen e m\u00ebtejshme t\u00eb shkall\u00ebs pas vler\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta t\u00eb siguris\u00eb nga Policia e Kosov\u00ebs, EULEX-i dhe \u2013 n\u00ebse t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme \u2013 KFOR.<\/p>\n

\u201cK\u00ebto jan\u00eb hapa n\u00eb drejtimin e duhur, por nevojiten hapa t\u00eb m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm. BE-ja i k\u00ebrkoi Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb veproj\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb joshkall\u00ebzuese dhe t\u00eb pezulloj\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb operacionet e policis\u00eb brenda dhe n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb kat\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtesave komunale n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Kat\u00ebr kryetar\u00ebt e komunave duhet t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht detyrat e tyre n\u00eb objekte t\u00eb ndryshme nga nd\u00ebrtesat komunale\u201d.<\/p>\n

BE-ja thekson se \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebr Rrug\u00ebn e Normalizimit t\u00eb Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve dhe Aneksit t\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb saj, k\u00ebshtu duke p\u00ebrmendur edhe themelimin e \u201cAsociacionit s\u00eb Komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ndryshe, tensionet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jan\u00eb rritur pas hyrjes s\u00eb kryetar\u00ebve t\u00eb rinj shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesat e komunave n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u2013 Zve\u00e7an, Leposaviq, dhe Zubin Potok \u2013 t\u00eb banuara me shumic\u00eb serbe.<\/p>\n

Komuniteti serb dhe Lista Serbe, partia m\u00eb e madhe e serb\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, i kan\u00eb bojkotuar zgjedhjet e prillit, por as nuk i pranojn\u00eb kryetar\u00ebt e rinj.<\/p>\n

Tensionet kan\u00eb kulmuar edhe me dhun\u00eb n\u00eb mes t\u00eb protestuesve dhe pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb misionit t\u00eb NATO-s n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, KFOR.<\/p>\n

Komuniteti nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar ka k\u00ebrkuar nga Kosova dhe Serbia q\u00eb t\u2019i ulin tensionet dhe t\u00eb ulen n\u00eb tavolin\u00ebn e negocimit.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb 10 korrik, Kosova ka arritur marr\u00ebveshje me BE-n\u00eb p\u00ebr ulje t\u00eb tensioneve, dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe mbajtja e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb reja n\u00eb veri.<\/p>\n

Mir\u00ebpo, s\u00eb fundi, kryeministri i Kosov\u00ebs, Albin Kurti, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se zgjedhje nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb pa shtensionim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb situat\u00ebs n\u00eb veri.<\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00eb do t\u00eb sigurohemi q\u00eb kjo p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb e re q\u00eb do ta kemi me nd\u00ebrprerjen e mandatit t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre kryetar\u00ebve n\u00eb veri, t\u00eb ket\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen dhe garancit\u00eb ligjore dhe procedurale. Pra, duhet t\u00eb sigurohemi q\u00eb procesi i till\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb aq e sigurt saq\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e pasfiduesh\u00ebm n\u00eb kuptimin legal dhe juridik\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Kurti gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb konference p\u00ebr media.<\/p>\n

Ministri i Administrimit t\u00eb Pushtetit Lokal, Elbert Krasniqi, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se zgjedhjet e parakohshme mund t\u00eb zhvillohen n\u00ebse 20 p\u00ebr qind e votuesve n\u00eb nj\u00eb komun\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruajn\u00eb nj\u00eb peticion p\u00ebr largimin e kryetarit t\u00eb asaj komune.<\/p>\n
