\u201cReferuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs tuaj p\u00ebr informata, ju njoftojm\u00eb se Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb \u2013 Departamenti Special n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen penale kund\u00ebr t\u00eb pandehurve K.H, O.H dhe L.D, pas k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, ka vendosur lidhur me mas\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb. Departamenti Special i Gjykat\u00ebs Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb ka aprovuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr vazhdimin e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb arrestit sht\u00ebpiak\u00a0 kund\u00ebr t\u00eb pandehurve K.H, O.K dhe L.D, ashtu q\u00eb masa e arrestit sht\u00ebpiak i \u00ebsht\u00eb vazhduar n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje prej 2 (dy)muaj, prej dat\u00ebs 12.07.2023 deri me dat\u00eb 12.09.2023\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje.<\/p>\n

Ndryshe,\u00a0Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, m\u00eb 14 prill 2023, ua kishte caktuar mas\u00ebn e paraburgimit tre t\u00eb pandehurve L.D, K.H dhe O.H, dhe e nj\u00ebjta\u00a0ishte v\u00ebrtetuar edhe nga shkalla e dyt\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa, m\u00eb 12 maj t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, ka vendosur q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrpres\u00eb mas\u00ebn e paraburgimit ndaj tre t\u00eb dyshuarve , e nj\u00ebjta mas\u00eb ishte z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar me mas\u00ebn e arrestit sht\u00ebpiak, n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje prej dy muajsh.<\/p>\n

Tre t\u00eb dyshuarit u arrestuan m\u00eb 12 prill, nd\u00ebrsa Prokuroria Speciale m\u00eb pas njoftoi se t\u00eb arrestuarit jan\u00eb personat e dyshuar me inicialet L.D, K.H dhe O.H., dhe se t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit dyshohen se kan\u00eb kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u2018\u2019Nxitje e p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes dhe mos durimit\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

Ambasada e Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs, ka reaguar duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se sulmet ndaj gazetar\u00ebve dhe nd\u00ebrhyrja n\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe lirin\u00eb e tyre t\u00eb shprehjes, shkelin parimet thelb\u00ebsore demokratike.<\/p>\n

Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, ka reaguar edhe Kryeministri Albin Kurti, i cili k\u00ebrkoi nga institucionet q\u00eb rastin ta trajtojn\u00eb me seriozitet.\u00a0Nj\u00ebjt\u00eb k\u00ebrkoi edhe\u00a0ministrja e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, Albulena Haxhiu.<\/p>\n

Sulmin ndaj Syl\u00ebs e ka d\u00ebnuar edhe Qendra Evropiane p\u00ebr Liri t\u00eb Shtypit dhe Medias.\u00a0Nd\u00ebrsa, K\u00ebshilli p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e t\u00eb Drejtave e t\u00eb Lirive t\u00eb Njeriut, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se dhuna fizike ndaj gazetar\u00ebve po shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb dukuri dhe se k\u00ebsaj dhune po i paraprin\u00eb fillimisht nj\u00eb lin\u00e7im publik medial.
