KEK-u \u00ebsht\u00eb prij\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim: nga 44 mil euro vler\u00eb t\u00eb kontratave t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruara nga KEK-u gjat\u00eb vitit 2022, 38% apo 16.8 mil i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb me kontrata nj\u00ebburimore\u201d, ka shkruar Hoti.<\/p>\n<p>Hoti po ashtu ka shtuar se vitin e kaluar, \u201cmesatarisht kan\u00eb konkurruar 4.0 operator\u00eb ekonomik\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do tender, nd\u00ebrkaq n\u00eb vitin 2022 ka konkurruar 4.08\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas tij, k\u00ebto zhvillime jan\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme n\u00eb dy aspekte.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c- Kur lidhen m\u00eb shum\u00eb kontrata nj\u00ebburimore, at\u00ebher\u00eb buxhetit t\u00eb shtetit i kushtojn\u00eb m\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb pun\u00ebt apo sh\u00ebrbimet q\u00eb i prokuron dhe konkurrenca \u00ebsht\u00eb e padrejt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Kur ka m\u00eb pak konkurrues p\u00ebr \u00e7do tender t\u00eb hapur, at\u00ebher\u00eb kjo n\u00ebnkupton se kompanit\u00eb private nuk besojn\u00eb se kontratat jepen sipas kritereve ligjore, sipas \u00e7mimit m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt dhe cil\u00ebsis\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb.
