Shkruan: Rahovec Express<\/h3>\n

Zgjedhjet lokale t\u00eb vitit 2021 e nxor\u00ebn fitues kandidatin Smajl Latifi p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyt\u00ebn her\u00eb radhazi dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb tret\u00ebn her\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, por p\u00ebr dallim nga e kaluara partia fituese nuk ariti t\u00eb fitoj shumic\u00ebn n\u00eb Kuvendin Komunal.<\/p>\n

Partit\u00eb opozitare, PDK, LDK dhe LVV u dakorduan q\u00eb kryesuesi k\u00ebt\u00eb radh\u00eb ti takoj atyre.
\nMe dat\u00eb 22 Dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 2021 u konstitua kuvendi komunal p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mandat 4 vjeqar, ku si rrjedhoj\u00eb Kryesues u zgjodh\u00eb Defrim Kafexhiu, an\u00ebtar\u00eb nga LVV, me votat e partive opozitare (PDK, LDK, LVV).<\/p>\n

Pas k\u00ebtyre ngjarjeve kuvendi filloi pun\u00ebn, p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb 2 viteve qeverisje Kryetari i Komun\u00ebs Smajl Latifi, ariti q\u00eb n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e asambles\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj 3 aderime nga partit\u00eb opozitare.<\/p>\n

S\u00eb pari Shqipe Kryeziu m\u00eb pas Sinan Kryeziu nga LVV, dhe s\u00eb fundmi Florida Bajraktari nga PDK i u bashkuan radh\u00ebve t\u00eb AAK-s\u00eb n\u00eb kuvendin komunal n\u00eb Rahovec, k\u00ebshtu AAK-ja tani numron 15 Asambleist n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e veta.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr afro 2 vjet Kuvendi Komunal i Rahovecit kreu pun\u00eb t\u00eb mira dhe poashtu n\u00eb disa mbledhje kishte f\u00ebrkime kryesisht nd\u00ebrmjet opozit\u00ebs dhe qeverisjes Latifi, n\u00eb mbledhjen e fundit t\u00eb kuvendit ndodhi diqka e pazakont\u00eb, pas kritikave t\u00eb asambleist\u00ebve opozitar, kryetarit Latifi i humbi durimi, k\u00ebrkonte nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e AAK-s\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebshojn\u00eb sall\u00ebn dhe nga kryesuesi q\u00eb ta mbyll mbledhjen, dhe k\u00ebshtu mbledhja mbaroi me ofendime nd\u00ebrmjet opozit\u00ebs dhe pozit\u00ebs n\u00eb Kuvend, sa q\u00eb kryetari k\u00ebrkonte nga Agjencioni i mediave i cili monitoron Kuvendin Komunal q\u00eb edhe kamera t\u00eb ndalet.<\/p>\n

Pas k\u00ebsaj ngjarje mediat lokale filluan t\u00eb raportonin se AAK kishte filluar mbledhjen e n\u00ebnshkrimeve p\u00ebr mbajtjen e nj\u00eb mbledhje t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn do t\u00eb shkarkohej Kryesuesi i Kuvendit, Defrim Kafexhiu.
\nP\u00ebr shkarkimin e Kafexhiut, AAK-s\u00eb i duhen 16 vota n\u00eb kuvend, gjersa ajo n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e veta i ka 15.<\/p>\n

\nPasi q\u00eb asambleist\u00ebt opozitar kishin p\u00ebrkrahur Kafexhiun, p\u00ebr ta \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim moral dhe politik q\u00eb vot\u00ebn e dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr kryesues ta mbrojn\u00eb deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb mandatit.
\nPor dit\u00ebve n\u00eb vazhdim mund t\u00eb shohim ndonj\u00eb r\u00ebshqitje t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb asambleisti t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, i e cili-a p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb interesave personale dhe pazareve me kryetarin Latifi mund dhe ta jap voten PRO r\u00ebzimit t\u00eb Kryesuesit.
