Ndaj Milenkoviq, autoritetet e Kosov\u00ebs kan\u00eb siguruar prova p\u00ebr ekzistimin e dyshimit t\u00eb arsyesh\u00ebm se n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje edhe me pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, si gardian i burgut n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb ka ushtruar tortur\u00eb, dhun\u00eb fizike e psikike, ndaj t\u00eb burgosurve shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Gra\u00e7anic\u00ebs, nga Policia e Kosov\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb i ka caktuar nj\u00eb muaj paraburgim.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb njoftimin e gjykat\u00ebs thuhet se Milenkoviq, ish-gardian i Burgut t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs dhe Lipjanit, nga data 24.05.1999 deri me 10.06.1999, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e personit zyrtar dhe n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje edhe me zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb burgjeve n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, kishin keqp\u00ebrdorur autorizimet zyrtare.<\/p>\n

Tutje b\u00ebhet e ditur se pasi i kishin transferuar t\u00eb burgosurit shqiptar nga burgu i Dubrav\u00ebs p\u00ebr n\u00eb burgun e Prishtin\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Lipjanit, fillimisht kishin formuar kordon n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb burgut nga t\u00eb dyja an\u00ebt ku t\u00eb burgosurit ishin detyruar q\u00eb t\u00eb kalonin p\u00ebrmes kordonit dhe t\u00eb dyshuarit kishin filluar q\u00eb t\u2019i godasin me mjete t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n

Gjithashtu theksohet se pas k\u00ebsaj, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sistematike kishin keqtrajtuar t\u00eb burgosurit shqiptar\u00eb, duke torturuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb \u00e7njer\u00ebzore, duke maltretuar e shkaktuar e l\u00ebndime t\u00eb r\u00ebnda trupore, dhun\u00eb psikike, traum\u00eb dhe pasoja n\u00eb sh\u00ebndet dhe duke i kanosur seriozisht p\u00ebr jet\u00eb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
