Shkollimin fillor dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb mes\u00ebm e kreu n\u00eb fshatin Rrezar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitet 1989 e 1990, kur populli i Kosov\u00ebs po ballafaqohej me form\u00ebn e eg\u00ebr t\u00eb shtypjes serbe, pas heqjes s\u00eb autonomis\u00eb formale t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, ai mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb protestat e organizuara n\u00eb De\u00e7an e n\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb provat e para t\u00eb luftimit t\u00eb pushtuesit serb.<\/p>\n<p>Shk\u00eblzeni q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1993, an\u00ebtar\u00ebsohet n\u00eb nj\u00ebsitet e Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat ishin formuar n\u00eb trev\u00ebn e Dukagjinit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb prillit t\u00eb vitit 1999, kur n\u00eb trev\u00ebn e komun\u00ebs s\u00eb De\u00e7anit e t\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs u zhvilluan luftime t\u00eb ashpra, Shk\u00eblzeni organizoi t\u00ebrheqjen e ushtar\u00ebve t\u00eb plagosur n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Burimit (ish-Istogut), ku vepronte brigada 133 \u201cAdrian Krasniqi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ai komandoi nj\u00ebsin\u00eb e pararoj\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar transferimin e k\u00ebtyre ushtar\u00ebve n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend m\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt. Disa dit\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb, Shk\u00eblzeni me bashk\u00ebluft\u00ebtar\u00ebt e vet u kthye n\u00eb malet e Maznikut, ku ndodhej e strehuar popullata civile, e cila ishte v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebn rrethimin e armik<\/p>\n<p>Ai fillon luftimet p\u00ebr t\u00eb thyer k\u00ebt\u00eb rrethim.
