Edhe pse Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs ende nuk e ka trajtuar t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin, ata thon\u00eb se nuk do ta mb\u00ebshtesin.<\/p>\n<p>Deputeti nga PDK, Ferat Shala, k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb t\u00eb anulohet vendimi p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e pron\u00ebs p\u00ebr vitin 2022 dhe t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb pagesa p\u00ebr tatim n\u00eb pron\u00eb edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb vit sipas ligjit n\u00eb fuqi pa ndryshime.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNe kemi kund\u00ebrshtuar dhe kemi dh\u00ebn\u00eb rekomandimet tona si duhet t\u00eb dilet nga kjo situat\u00eb e paqart\u00eb dhe e paarsyeshme. Tep\u00ebr e r\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb familjare, pra vler\u00ebsimi i tatimit n\u00eb pron\u00eb nga ne nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur dhe nuk do t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahet me k\u00ebt\u00eb praktik\u00eb dhe pa transparenc\u00eb. Askush nuk e din\u00eb si \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb vler\u00ebsimi i pron\u00ebs, kur ka filluar dhe cilat ekipe e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb. Pra, \u00e7do gj\u00eb ka shkuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb fsheht\u00ebn dhe Ministria e financave me departamentin e pron\u00ebs kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim paushall, jo meritor, dhe jo t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb kriteret dhe standardet as reale ligjore dhe as demokratike. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ne kemi dal\u00eb m\u00eb propozimin transparent q\u00eb vendimi p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e pron\u00ebs p\u00ebr vitin 2022 duhet t\u00eb anulohet, t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb pagesa p\u00ebr tatimin n\u00eb pron\u00eb edhe n\u00eb vitin 2023 sipas parametrave dhe ligjit n\u00eb fuqi pa ndryshim\u201d, thot\u00eb Shala.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe Lidhja Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs (LDK) ka k\u00ebrkuar nga qeveria q\u00eb ta pezulloj\u00eb rritjen e faturave t\u00eb tatimit n\u00eb pron\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Deputetja nga kjo parti, Valentina Bunajku thot\u00eb p\u00ebr KosovaPress se Qeveria fillimisht e rriti faturat, pastaj u mundua t\u2019ua hedh fajin Komunave e tani k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndaj\u00eb \u201cvitra\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKjo qeveri \u00ebsht\u00eb duke funksionuar me vitra, me ndihma. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb rritet tatimi n\u00eb pron\u00eb e pastaj t\u2019i ofrojn\u00eb nga 100 euro. Ne kemi qen\u00eb kund\u00ebr rritjes s\u00eb tatimit n\u00eb pron\u00eb, p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr asaj se kjo qeveri ka dashur t\u2019ia adresoj\u00eb komunave k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb e Qeveris\u00eb sepse Komuna nuk ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb brenda 20 p\u00ebrqind\u00ebshit ta rris\u00eb ose ta zvog\u00ebloj\u00eb tatimin n\u00eb pron\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa qeveria e ka rritur tatimin n\u00eb pron\u00eb. Ne jemi kund\u00ebr rritjes s\u00eb tatimit n\u00eb pron\u00eb dhe s\u00ebrish si parti do t\u00eb reagojm\u00eb p\u00ebr rritjen tatimit n\u00eb pron\u00eb sepse jeta e qytetar\u00ebve i \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb e pap\u00ebrballueshme\u201d, thot\u00eb Bunjaku.<\/p>\n<p>Ky muaj, \u00ebsht\u00eb afati i fundit p\u00ebr pages\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebstin e par\u00eb t\u00eb tatimit n\u00eb pron\u00eb, ndryshe p\u00ebsojn\u00eb gjobat.
