Nj\u00eb plan i till\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen q\u00eb kemi arritur me Beogradin n\u00eb Oh\u00ebr. Por nuk mendoj se shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e marrin seriozisht zot\u00ebri Da\u00e7iq dhe at\u00eb q\u00eb ai b\u00ebn. P\u00ebrkundrazi, ajo p\u00ebrdor\u00eb strukturat e saj ilegale n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr t`i k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar serb\u00ebt q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb atje. N\u00eb vendimin e Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese po ashtu p\u00ebrmendet nevoja p\u00ebr respektimin e parimit t\u00eb multietnicitetit. Nj\u00eb shoqat\u00eb e komunitetit serb do t\u00eb duhej gjithashtu t\u00eb respektonte t\u00eb drejtat e grupeve t\u00eb tjera etnike q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb aty. Ne e kemi nj\u00eb vij\u00eb t\u00eb kuqe: nuk duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb t\u00eb drejta ekzekutive p\u00ebr nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb paralele administrative serbe. Por n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, natyrisht, ne do t`i zbatojm\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb drejtat dhe lirit\u00eb e pakicave sipas standardeve evropiane. Kjo duhet t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb paralelisht me zbatimin e pikave t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb njohja e simboleve komb\u00ebtare. Serbia ka treguar se nuk d\u00ebshiron ta zbatoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb. Ne presim q\u00eb edhe n\u00ebse Serbia vazhdon me bllokada, partner\u00ebt tan\u00eb do t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin integrimin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si duhet t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb bisedimet me Serbin\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu<\/strong>: N\u00eb takimin e radh\u00ebs n\u00eb prill duhet t\u00eb merremi kryesisht me personat e zhdukur n\u00eb luft\u00eb. Sa her\u00eb q\u00eb ka nj\u00eb kriz\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan, ne duhet ta shohim nga nj\u00eb priz\u00ebm m\u00eb i gjer\u00eb: respektivisht, pretendimet e Rusis\u00eb p\u00ebr hegjemoni mbi Evrop\u00ebn.
