akuzuari ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb akuzuar\u201d, tha gjykat\u00ebsi Ku\u00e7i<\/p>\n<p>Kurse lidhur me shpenzimet e procedur\u00ebs penale, ai tha se t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat do t\u00eb bien n\u00eb barr\u00eb t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund gjykat\u00ebsja Ku\u00e7i njoftoi pal\u00ebt e pak\u00ebnaqura se ndaj k\u00ebtij aktgjykimi kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ankese n\u00eb afat prej 30 dit\u00ebsh nga dita e kalimit t\u00eb kopjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtij aktgjykimi n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Apelit p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebsaj gjykate.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 15 mars ishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb fjala p\u00ebrfundimtare, ku Prokuroria kishte k\u00ebrkuar d\u00ebnimin nd\u00ebrsa mbrojtja lirimin e ish-zyrtarit policor nga akuza e marrjes s\u00eb ryshfetit.<\/p>\n<p>ipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb ngritur m\u00eb 15 dhjetor 2016, n\u00eb dispozitivin e par\u00eb, thuhet se i akuzuari Sokol Alihajdari n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e zyrtarit policor n\u00eb stacionin Policor Jugu n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, n\u00eb Nj\u00ebsin\u00eb e Hetimeve n\u00eb Sektorin e dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb vetes t\u2019i sjell\u00eb p\u00ebrfitim pasuror t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm, n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb derisa ishte duke trajtuar raste t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs familjare t\u00eb akuzuarit Ahmet G\u00ebrxhaliu dhe t\u00eb bashk\u00ebshortes s\u00eb tij B.S, i pandehuri Alihajdari n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb muajit maj t\u00eb vitit 2014, derisa i akuzuari Ahmet G\u00ebrxhaliu ishte n\u00eb Stacionin Policor Jugu, akuzuari Alihajdari i kishte k\u00ebrkuar ryshfet shum\u00ebn e parave prej 300 euro e pastaj n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb Qendr\u00ebs Klinike Universitare n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb (QKUK), ka pranuar ryshfet shum\u00ebn e t\u00eb hollave t\u00eb lartcekur prej 300 euro nga i akuzuari G\u00ebrxhaliu, duke i th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb hollat t\u00eb ia vendoste n\u00eb xhepin e pantollave.<\/p>\n<p>Tutje, sipas t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit dispozitiv thuhet se i pandehuri G\u00ebrxhaliu ia kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb shum\u00ebn e t\u00eb hollave t\u00eb lartcekur t\u00eb akuzuarit Alihajdari, q\u00eb ta trajtonte rastin kund\u00ebr ish-gruas s\u00eb tij lidhur me djalin e tyre, kurse gjat\u00eb muajit qershor t\u00eb vitit 2014, i akuzuari Alihaidari derisa kishte qen\u00eb tek sht\u00ebpia e t\u00eb akuzuarit G\u00ebrxhaliu n\u00eb lagjen e \u201cSpitalit\u201d n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, lidhur me rastin e dhun\u00ebs familjare n\u00eb mes t\u00eb akuzuarit G\u00ebrxhaliu dhe bashk\u00ebshortes se tij, i akuzuari Alihajdari nga i pandehuri G\u00ebrxhaliu ka k\u00ebrkuar dhe pranuar ryshfet shum\u00ebn e t\u00eb hollave prej 40 euro, e duke i th\u00ebn\u00eb se nen\u00ebn e ka t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb, dhe pastaj n\u00eb muajin gusht t\u00eb vitit 2014, ka k\u00ebrkuar dhe pranuar shum\u00ebn e t\u00eb hollave prej 200 euro, duke i th\u00ebn\u00eb se i nevojiten p\u00ebr pushim vjetor.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast Alihajdari akuzohet se ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cMarrje ryshfetit\u201d nga neni 428 par. 1 t\u00eb KPRK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb dispozitivin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebs, thuhet se i akuzuari Ahmet G\u00ebrxhaliu, i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb ryshfet zyrtarit policor Sokol Alihajdarit, zyrtar policor, n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb QKUK-s\u00eb, i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb ryshfet n\u00eb fillim te muajit maj t\u00eb vitit 2014 shum\u00ebn e t\u00eb hollave prej 300 euro, duke ia vendosur ne xhepin e pantollave t\u00eb akuzuarit Sokol Alihajdarit, kurse gjat\u00eb muajit qershor t\u00eb vitit 2014 i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb ryshfet shum\u00ebn e t\u00eb hollave prej 40 euro derisa i akuzuari Alihaidari ishte n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e t\u00eb akuzuarit t\u00eb lartcekur p\u00ebr t\u00eb trajtuar rastin e dhun\u00ebs familjare, si dhe n\u00eb muajin gusht t\u00eb vitit 2014, i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb ryshfet shum\u00ebn e t\u00eb hollave prej 200 euro t\u00eb akuzuarit Alihajdarit p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb pushim vjetor.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb i nj\u00ebjti ngarkohej se ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cDh\u00ebnie e ryshfetit\u201d nga neni 429 par. 1 t\u00eb
