Partia Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs dhe Lidhja Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs ngadal\u00eb po e qart\u00ebsojn\u00eb pozicionin e tyre ndaj Planit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb. Pas shqet\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve ndaj q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb tyre, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e k\u00ebtyre partive kan\u00eb treguar se p\u00ebr cilat pika t\u00eb dokumentit kan\u00eb mospajtime dhe rezerva.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ata kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb me dije se nuk kan\u00eb ndryshuar q\u00ebndrim n\u00eb raport me Asociacionit, t\u00eb cilin e kishin p\u00ebrkrahur edhe m\u00eb her\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Pas takimit me emisarin posa\u00e7\u00ebm t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr dialogun Kosov\u00eb-Serbis\u00eb, Miroslav Laj\u00e7ak, kryetari i PDK-s\u00eb, Memli Krasniqi, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Asociacioni i Komunave me Shumic\u00eb Serbe duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet<\/p>\n

“Sot nuk kemi nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse, nuk kemi nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje finale, sot nuk kemi nj\u00eb njohje t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00ebt. Sot kemi nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme. Sot e kemi Asociacionin t\u00eb cilin nuk e kund\u00ebrshtojm\u00eb sepse nuk e kemi kund\u00ebrshtuar as m\u00eb her\u00ebt sepse ai edhe kur t\u00eb themelohet duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb pajtim m\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs pa dyshim, por kemi nene te caktuar n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje q\u00eb rrezikojn\u00eb p\u00ebrtej Asociacionit, e \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb me e keqja edhe p\u00ebrtej Kushtetut\u00ebs\u201d, ka deklaruar Krasniqi.<\/p>\n

Ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se PDK-ja vazhdimisht e ka p\u00ebrkrahur formimin e Asociacionit sipas Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe sipas Aktgjykimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese.<\/p>\n

Edhe deputeti i Lidhjes Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (LDK), Driton Selmanaj, ka deklaruar se partia e tij nuk ka ndryshuar q\u00ebndrim p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Asociacionit t\u00eb Komunave me Shumic\u00eb Serbe.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb emisionin \u201cDebat Plus\u201d, ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se kjo parti \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr formimin e Asociacionit.<\/p>\n

\u201cNuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se LDK-ja ka nd\u00ebrruar q\u00ebndrimin p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Asociacionit. LDK-ja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr Asociacionit, LDK-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja e dialogut t\u00eb jet\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje prioritare n\u00eb raport me agjend\u00ebn ton\u00eb t\u00eb fuqizimit t\u00eb subjektivitetit ton\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar dhe respektimin e marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb gjithave q\u00eb i kan\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar Qeverit\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, ka deklaruar Selmanaj.<\/p>\n

Mungesa e njohjes, problemi kryesor
\nP\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e dy partive kryesore politike kan\u00eb treguar se problemi kryesor i dokumentit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mungesa e njohjes reciproke.<\/p>\n

Gjithashtu, ata kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb neni 7 i planit \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i rreziksh\u00ebm p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

I pari i PDK-s\u00eb ka deklaruar se rezervat e tij p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb plan ia ka shprehur edhe diplomatit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cLaj\u00e7akut ia shpreha edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb q\u00ebndrimin e PDK-s\u00eb, rezervat q\u00eb i kemi sa i p\u00ebrket marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebr arsyet t\u00eb cilat i kemi diskutuar edhe n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn. Ne kemi qen\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb dialogut n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi duke pritur nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim q\u00eb sjell marr\u00ebveshje finale me njohje t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00ebt. Ky ka qen\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm q\u00ebndrimi yn\u00eb por edhe qasja e partner\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb \u2013 fatkeq\u00ebsisht ajo q\u00eb kemi sot n\u00eb tavolin\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje e p\u00ebrkohshme jo me njohje t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00ebt por me asociacionin n\u00eb qend\u00ebr\u201d, u shpreh Krasniqi.\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n

Ai ka b\u00ebr\u00eb me dije se me k\u00ebto probleme PDK-ja nuk mund ta p\u00ebrkrah marr\u00ebveshjen as n\u00eb Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00ebse d\u00ebrgohet p\u00ebr ratifikim.<\/p>\n

\u201cPrej njohjes s\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb kemi njohjen eventuale. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb shqet\u00ebsimi jon\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb obligim q\u00eb t\u00eb sillet n\u00eb Kuvend, kur do q\u00eb t\u00eb sillet n\u00eb Kuvend n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb ky aneks nuk do ta ket\u00eb vot\u00ebn e PDK-s\u00eb. Por do ta shohim marr\u00ebveshjen finale\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur Krasniqi.<\/p>\n

Edhe n\u00ebnkryetari, Lutfi Haziri ka b\u00ebr\u00eb me dije se LDK-ja nuk mund ta mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb Qeverin\u00eb lidhur me propozimin e BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cSi mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet kjo, nj\u00ebansh\u00ebm? Na tregoni… pra, opozita t\u00eb reagoj\u00eb nj\u00ebansh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb Qeverin\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat nuk e dim\u00eb se \u00e7ka kan\u00eb negociuar, \u00e7ka ka premtuar dhe \u00e7ka pret t\u00eb realizohet n\u00eb Oh\u00ebr? Ne ende nuk jemi njoftuar. Ne e kemi detyruar kryeministrin q\u00eb t\u00eb vij\u00eb dhe t\u00eb flas\u00eb [n\u00eb Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs] me mocion, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mas\u00eb urgjente. Por, nuk ka normalitet dhe p\u00ebrderisa nuk ka normalitet ky proces, ne nuk i besojm\u00eb dhe marr\u00ebveshja \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb… Pik\u00eb\u201d, ka vler\u00ebsuar Haziri p\u00ebr Radion Evropa e Lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ndryshe nga PDK-ja dhe LDK-ja, AAK-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb pozicionuar pro planit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kjo parti argumenton se dokumentin interes nacional i Kosov\u00ebs dhe si i till\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahet.<\/p>\n

Pas kritikave t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb dhe LDK-s\u00eb p\u00ebr planin kan\u00eb reaguar disa ambasada per\u00ebndimore n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Ambasada e SHBE-s\u00eb, Gjermanis\u00eb dhe e Franc\u00ebn jan\u00eb shprehur t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuara me kritikat e opozit\u00ebs rreth dokumentit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
