Shuma e deklaruar \u00ebsht\u00eb leht\u00ebsisht m\u00eb e lart\u00eb se vlera nominale e aksioneve q\u00eb kontrolloheshin nga kompania turke. Pas blerjes s\u00eb aksioneve q\u00eb mbaheshin nga kompania turke, Mabco Constructions zot\u00ebron 98% t\u00eb aksioneve n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, nd\u00ebrsa pjesa tjet\u00ebr mbahen nga 2A Group, kompani nd\u00ebrtimi nga Kosova n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb biznesmenit Valon Ademi.<\/p>\n<p>Aktualisht, kompania koncesionare Vlora International Airport ka nj\u00eb kapital t\u00eb paguar aksioner prej vet\u00ebm 10 mij\u00eb eurosh, nd\u00ebrsa faza e par\u00eb e punimeve, gjat\u00eb vitit 2021 u financua me nj\u00eb hua prej af\u00ebrsisht 5 milion\u00eb euro nga aksioneri kryesor, Mabco Construction. M\u00eb tej, n\u00eb vitin 2022, investimi besohet se \u00ebsht\u00eb financuar kryesisht nga nj\u00eb hua e marr\u00eb nga Banka Komb\u00ebtare Tregtare (BKT). T\u00eb pakt\u00ebn bazuar n\u00eb pasqyrat financiare t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb, deri tani i gjith\u00eb kontributi me kapital dhe hua \u00ebsht\u00eb financuar nga Mabco Construction, nd\u00ebrsa aksioner\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb nuk rezultojn\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb derdhur ndonj\u00eb financim direkt.<\/p>\n<p>Kontratat e partneritetit publik privat mes qeveris\u00eb shqiptare dhe konsorciumit fitues u lidh n\u00eb prill t\u00eb vitit 2021 dhe vlera e investimit e parashikuar n\u00eb kontrat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth 103 milion\u00eb euro (pa TVSH). Por, kontrata parashikon garanci financiare n\u00eb favor t\u00eb investitorit nga qeveria shqiptare. N\u00eb rast se t\u00eb ardhurat minimale t\u00eb parashikuara n\u00eb planin e biznesit t\u00eb operimit t\u00eb aeroportit nuk realizohen, kompania koncesionare do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb nj\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb arrij\u00eb deri n\u00eb 138 milion\u00eb euro p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb 10 viteve pas fillimit t\u00eb operimit t\u00eb aeroportit. Kontrata parashikon q\u00eb aeroporti t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2024 dhe t\u00eb nis\u00eb operimin n\u00eb vitin 2025. N\u00eb tetor t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, u njoftua p\u00ebrfundimi i pist\u00ebs s\u00eb aeroportit, nd\u00ebrsa gjat\u00eb vitit 2023 pritet t\u00eb nis\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimi i terminalit t\u00eb pasagjer\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas qeveris\u00eb shqiptare, Aeroporti i Vlor\u00ebs pritet t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb i madhi n\u00eb Ballkan dhe pista e tij do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb operimin e avion\u00ebve t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj p\u00ebr fluturime nd\u00ebrkontinentale. Megjithat\u00eb, nd\u00ebrtimi i k\u00ebtij aeroporti ka ngjallur shqet\u00ebsime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb lidhura me impaktin mjedisor. Aeroporti po nd\u00ebrtohet n\u00eb Novosel\u00eb t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs, brenda sip\u00ebrfaqes s\u00eb zon\u00ebs s\u00eb mbrojtur Vjos\u00eb-Nart\u00eb.
