{"id":11024,"date":"2022-12-28T15:04:26","date_gmt":"2022-12-28T15:04:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/permbledhja.com\/?p=11024"},"modified":"2022-12-28T15:04:26","modified_gmt":"2022-12-28T15:04:26","slug":"shba-dhe-be-me-komunikate-eulex-te-monitoroje-hetimet-dhe-procedurat-trajtim-te-barabarte-per-pakicat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/permbledhja.com\/sq\/shba-dhe-be-me-komunikate-eulex-te-monitoroje-hetimet-dhe-procedurat-trajtim-te-barabarte-per-pakicat\/","title":{"rendered":"ShBA dhe BE me komunikat\u00eb: EULEX t\u00eb monitoroj\u00eb hetimet dhe procedurat, trajtim t\u00eb barabart\u00eb p\u00ebr pakicat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Departamenti amerikan i Shtetit ka l\u00ebshuar nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me Bashkimin Evropian n\u00eb lidhje me rritjen e tensioneve n\u00eb veri t\u00eb vendit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb deklarat\u00eb thuhet q\u00eb BE-ja me ShBA-t\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuara p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn e vazhdueshme t\u00eb tensionuar n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ata u kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje pal\u00ebve, si\u00e7 thon\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbahen dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin veprime t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme p\u00ebr veprime q\u00eb e qet\u00ebsojn\u00eb situat\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPo punojm\u00eb me presidentin Vu\u00e7iq dhe kryeministrin Kurti p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjetur zgjidhje politike n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shtensionohet situata dhe t\u00eb ket\u00eb pajtim p\u00ebr ecje p\u00ebrpara n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb stabilitetit, siguris\u00eb dhe mir\u00ebqenies n\u00eb komunitetet lokale,\u201d \u2013 thuhet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb komunikat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Departamenti amerikan i Shtetit dhe BE-ja p\u00ebrmes z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb tyre kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb garanci nga lidershipi i Kosov\u00ebs se nuk ka lista t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve serb\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u arrestuar apo p\u00ebrndjekur.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb komunikat\u00eb thuhet edhe se t\u00eb gjitha obligimet e dialogut duhet t\u00eb implementohet pa asnj\u00eb shtyrje.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u00e7ka p\u00ebr Pantiqin?<br \/>\nDejan Pantiqit iu z\u00ebvend\u00ebsua masa e paraburgimit prej 30 dit\u00ebsh sot me nj\u00eb mas\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb but\u00eb: arrest sht\u00ebpiak. Kjo shqet\u00ebsoi jasht\u00ebzakonisht shum\u00eb opinionin publik n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, me pushtetin q\u00eb po sulmon institucionet gjyq\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe kjo komunikat\u00eb duket se p\u00ebrfshin edhe nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb till\u00eb. Ja \u00e7ka thuhet n\u00eb nj\u00ebrin prej paragraf\u00ebve t\u00eb saj:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShtetet e Bashkuara do t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesnin pun\u00ebn e Bashkimit Evropian p\u00ebrmes misionit t\u00eb saj p\u00ebr Sundim t\u00eb Ligjit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb (EULEX). Eulex-i, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me mandatin e saj, do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb monitoroj\u00eb nga af\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha hetimet dhe procedurat pasuese p\u00ebr t\u00eb promovuar respektin p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb njeriut. Kjo p\u00ebrfshin, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht, garancit\u00eb p\u00ebr gjykim t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, e po ashtu edhe trajtim t\u00eb barabart\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha komunitetet jo-shumic\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Komunikata e plot\u00eb:<br \/>\nBashkimi Evropian dhe Shtetet e Bashkuara jan\u00eb t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuara p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn e vazhdueshme t\u00eb tensionuar n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ju b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje t\u00eb gjith\u00e7ve p\u00ebr t\u00eb ushtruar p\u00ebrmbajtje maksimale, q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin veprime t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb situata t\u00eb qet\u00ebsohet pa asnj\u00eb kusht, dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbahet nga provokimet, k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet dhe intimidimet.<\/p>\n<p>Ne po punojm\u00eb me presidentin Vu\u00e7iq dhe kryeministrin Kurti p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur zgjidhje politike n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ulen tensionet dhe t\u00eb pajtohen p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebrpara n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb stabilitetit, siguris\u00eb dhe mir\u00ebqenies s\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha komuniteteve lokale.<\/p>\n<p>Ne mir\u00ebpresim garancit\u00eb e lidershipit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb konfirmojn\u00eb se asnj\u00eb list\u00eb e serb\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nuk ekziston p\u00ebr t\u2019u arrestuar apo p\u00ebrndjekur p\u00ebr protestat\/barrikadat paq\u00ebsore. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, sundimi i ligjit duhet t\u00eb respektohet, dhe \u00e7do form\u00eb e dhun\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e papranueshme dhe nuk do t\u00eb tolerohet.<\/p>\n<p>Shtetet e Bashkuara do t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesnin pun\u00ebn e Bashkimit Evropian p\u00ebrmes misionit t\u00eb saj p\u00ebr Sundim t\u00eb Ligjit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb (EULEX).
