Policia n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ka ndaluar dy persona nga Gjilani n\u00eb pik\u00ebn kufitare n\u00eb Morin\u00eb dhe u ka sekuestruar 28 mij\u00eb e 500 euro t\u00eb cilat nuk i kishin deklaruar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00eb njoftimin e policis\u00eb shqiptare b\u00ebhet e ditur se nga D.R, 24 vje\u00e7, jan\u00eb sekuestruar 12 mij\u00eb e 400 euro nd\u00ebrsa nga D.Sh, 20 vje\u00e7, jan\u00eb sekuestruar 16 mij\u00eb e 100 euro,.<\/p>\n

Rasti ka kaluar n\u00eb procedur\u00eb t\u00eb rregullt nd\u00ebrsa parat\u00eb e sekuestruara jan\u00eb referuar Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor n\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n

Vijojn\u00eb kontrollet intensive nga Policia Kufitare, p\u00ebr goditjen e krimeve nd\u00ebrkufitare. Goditen 2 raste t\u00eb mosdeklarimit t\u00eb t\u00eb hollave n\u00eb kufi. Sekuestrohen 28 500 euro, procedohen penalisht dy shtetasit q\u00eb nuk i deklaruan n\u00eb PKK Morin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb Kufitare n\u00eb Morin\u00eb, n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb kontrolleve p\u00ebr evidentimin dhe goditjen e krimeve nd\u00ebrkufitare, bazuar dhe n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn e riskut, n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb RSH-s\u00eb, kan\u00eb kaluar n\u00eb vij\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb, p\u00ebr kontroll m\u00eb t\u00eb imt\u00ebsish\u00ebm, automjetin tip \u201cVolkswagen\u201d, me drejtues shtetasin D. R. dhe pasagjer shtetasin D. Sh.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb kontrollit fizik, sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb i kan\u00eb gjetur shtetasit D. R., 12 400 euro, nd\u00ebrsa shtetasit D. Sh. i kan\u00eb gjetur 16 100 euro, t\u00eb padeklaruara sipas p\u00ebrcaktimeve ligjore n\u00eb fuqi. N\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale u sekuestruan 28 500 euro.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb veprimeve hetimore, specialist\u00ebt e Seksionit p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomike e Financiare t\u00eb DVP Kuk\u00ebs referuan materialet n\u00eb Prokurori dhe nisi procedimi n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb p\u00ebr shtetasit D. R., 24 vje\u00e7 dhe D. Sh., 20 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Gjilan, Kosov\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cMosdeklarimi n\u00eb kufi i t\u00eb hollave dhe i sendeve me vler\u00eb\u201d.
